Studio Cabine, Antigua Street, 1st floor, Located in CoudalĂšre.
Equipped to accommodate 4 people, this cabin studio includes a living room, a convertible sofa, a functional and very well equipped kitchen, a cabin area with 140 bed; The cabin is closed by a curtain and has a window. Bathroom, separate toilet with window,
Beautiful terrace overlooking park and marine lake.
A large parking lot is at the disposal of the tenants behind the residence; (Places not numbered).
As part of your rental, you will have:
* an aquatic area with 2 pools, a swimming pool of 25m, a 15m basin where you can practice aquagym and aqua-bike during the summer season and to finish a water play area for the little ones.
The swimming pool is open from April to October, it is free for all our tenants on presentation of a bracelet that is handed to you upon arrival
*different sports fields: multisports field, basketball, tennis courts, petanque courts and half a grassed football field.
*and for fitness or more physical work, an outdoor fitness area
In addition to the deposit, you will have to give a cleaning deposit of 40 ⏠upon arrival.
In July and August, these bonds may be taken by blue card and off-season, cheque or cash.
Power consumption to be adjusted from 01/10 to 30/04 : 0.20âŹ/KWH
