Great stay

We had a great time at Ken's. It is very well set-up for large groups. The beds were surprisingly comfortable for short term rental. I do recommend!

Eagles game winning against Dallas

The house was perfect for us to walk to the football game. I made a slight mistake with the dates and the host was as helpful as possible and easy to communicate with. The home layout is amazing and we would definitely stay there again if we visit Arlington.

Perfect house!

8 of us stayed here while traveling for the Morgan Wallen concert. The house is conveniently located to the stadium and within walking distance. The house was perfect for our group! There is more than enough room to hang out. It was so nice and clean and had anything and everything we could need!! If you’re looking for a nice clean, beautiful home, I highly recommend staying here.

Quality home with nice ambience

Perfect for gathering with family and friends! Great furniture/layout. Details and upgrades in each room. The kids had a blast in the bonus room - movies, billiards and karaoke. The adults enjoyed spacious outdoor area and open kitchen/dining area. Loved the attention to details (coffee bar) and other small amenities. The property manager was a delight to w have with also.

Such an enjoyable place to stay!

This home was just perfect for our mix of family! Several adults, a teenager, two school age kids, and a 2 year old all found this home suitable and fun! Lots of fun activities for everyone, from the gameroom to the backyard activities, we all enjoyed staying there. We attended a concert at very nearby ATT Stadium, went to a nearby park, and utilized food establishments close by. Loved this place and would definitely book another stay! The owner was very attentive and responded quickly to my questions. Thank you to the hosts for opening this home for our family to stay!

Fantastic Home and Stay

Our group was an employee retreat/strategy meeting. I absolutely could not have asked for a more perfect location. The home was amazingly clean, updated and beautiful with everything needed for fun and good networking. The owners were also topnotch with great communications and care for our group. The Perfect House for all ages!

Every single aspect of this house is perfect! The booking & checking in process was a breeze. The location is so convenient! And the house, WOW! Not only is it absolutely beautiful, it was extremely clean! There was something to do in this home for every single age group. Not only did the adults have a great time, but so did the children. The hosts were incredibly accommodating & kind. I highly recommend this house! We can’t wait for our next visit!

Great home!

This was the perfect home for our family ranging in age from 6 months to 85. 5 bedrooms and two living spaces plus a wonderful outdoor area! The home had everything we needed. Location was great and several restaurants are within walking distance. The host was wonderful and always available. Thank you for a wonderful Christmas getaway!

Perfect!

Our family of 11 had a wonderful time visiting Dallas. The house was perfect and met all of our needs. The location was great. The setup of the house (and back yard) made it easy for us all to be together at the same time without feeling crowded but it’s layout was also convenient for each family to have a place to retreat. The putting green and hot tub were awesome extras. The whole family enjoyed both. The owners had the house stocked with everything we needed. They thought of everything! The entire family, ages 5-72, were extremely impressed and pleased with all aspects of property. DEFINITELY 5 STARS

Absolute Gem in Arlington

I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation rentals but this was one of the best. The house itself is fantastic and clean with an amazing game room, backyard, and comfy beds. The location is as good as you can get, right next to Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, and Globe Life Park. Could not give a stronger endorsement, especially for a large family.

Stunning Home - Superb Location - Everything You Want

Let me start off by confirming this home is absolutely beautiful - it's like brand new. The location is perfect - we walked to the baseball stadium and nearby Live by Loew's Hotel daily for a conference. The backyard of the home is very inviting and relaxing. Best of all, the home owner is so welcoming and very responsive. We were horrified when our 3-year-old flushed his little toothbrush down the primary toilet, but Ken was so kind and understanding. We loved staying here, we loved Texas, and we certainly will stay at this property again when we return to Arlington. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Ken retired in 2020 from his 30 year career as a the owner of a successful photography business right across the street from our rental homes.
After the arrival of AT&T Stadium, Ken started looking to the future and the endless possibilities of being located in the Arlington Entertainment District. Over the course of the next few years Ken began buying vacant lots on The Road to Six Flags with the intent of somehow using the properties create urban renewal in Arlington.
Arlington conveniently sits in the middle of Dallas and Fort Worth and is also the home of the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. As if housing two major league sports teams isn't enough, Arlington has so much more to offer! Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Texas Live, great restaurants, shopping. Downtown Arlington is a short drive away from our homes. There you can stroll the streets and dine at some great local restaurants, have a good cup of coffee at one of the local coffee shops, or grab a beer at our local breweries.
Arlington is a great city and we are proud to call it home.

Our large open concept floor plan provides enough room for your entire group to enjoy. You won't feel left out of the conversation if you are in the kitchen cooking while others are sitting in the living room. It's literally an all inclusive space!

However, all inclusive doesn't mean you have to be together all of the time. You can step away from the group and relax in one of our five bedrooms. You'll definitely enjoy a peaceful night's sleep with our comfortable bedding.

We provided putting greens and hot tub, along with a themed game room because we believe family/group activities are always a fun time.
