"Boomerang House" - absolute beachfront with private beach access

Boomerang House is a quintessential Australian beach-house, relaxed garden setting & panoramic ocean views. It has an intimacy with the ocean and adjoining gardens which makes it unique.

It has a very special feel, furnished with lovely pieces, and works to provide that special beach holiday.

Situated right at the south end of Boomerang Beach and bordering Booti Booti National Park, you are only a few private steps from the ocean.

The home has been kept as a private luxury residence for many years and is now available for you to enjoy.

Boomerang House has a layout oriented to the ocean and its kitchen and vast living areas all enjoy ocean views in a luxurious garden setting. Beyond these areas there is a large deck surrounding the house fronting the beach and north side of the house.

In addition there is a private viewing platform for a very special and unique experience, and for sunset drinks or morning coffees. A great place to watch whales and dolphins.

You can enjoy the choice of indoor or outdoor eating, shaded under the Tucheroos, and feel a gentle sea breeze, keeping you cool in summer.

A stone fireplace is irresistible in winter.

The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, including a Bezzera espresso machine and Wolf oven. There are some coffee beans, but it is advisable to bring your favourite. If you're stuck, the local corner store has a nice bean called "Mac Daddy".

The main bedroom, with king bed and wardrobe space, also has an ensuite. The two remaining bedrooms each have queen beds and wardrobes, and share the main bathroom.

Boomerang House offers a unique and perfect get away ideal for up to 6 adults.

Linen provided, but bring your own beach towels.
