Juniper Landing is newly built and professionally decorated to beautiful, high mountain contemporary standards. This new 2070 sq. ft. townhome in the heart of the Canyons Village offers flexible living for up to 12 as well as some well deserved luxury when away from home.
This entire two floored townhome will be yours to enjoy - with a wonderful modern kitchen sporting high end appliances, a cozy and inviting great room to gather together at the end of the day, four large bedrooms and a den for additional sleep and kid space!
Featuring a modern contemporary look and clean classic lines this not to be missed townhome has finishes that will impress; showcasing beautiful flooring, counter tops and unique details . Living spaces are open and ample for gathering family and friends. There is a large outdoor deck and lots of glass to bring outdoor beauty in. Private 2 car garage with storage is an added bonus. You will thoroughly enjoy the new courtyard, featuring a 25 yard heated outdoor salt water pool with heated patio, hot tub, fire pit and fitness center with sauna and changing rooms. This residence is stunning!
Check-in is simple and easy, with no need to stop at a central office. Go straight to the unit when you arrive in Park City, and enjoy.

The condo is nestled into the side of the Canyons Resort, overlooking the beautiful new Golf course. There is no chance of being disturbed by additional buildings, traffic or road plowing at night. Within the development, just across the private driveway, is a wonderful outdoor pool and hot tub area, with separate gym for your use as guests.
The Waldorf, next door, has one of the nicest beauty spas in Park City with excellent services to pamper or recover, as well as great dining, right on your doorstep.
This condo is a 3 minute walk from the Waldorf Goldola, that takes you straight to the heart of the Canyons Ski Village. You can also use the free Canyons Connect Shuttle to get around the base as required. From the Canyons Village, you can easily access ski school, rentals and the vast ski area offered by Park City.
To travel to the heart of Park City's Old Town, or Deer Valley Resort, a quick bus ride on the express line that runs every 5-10 mins will have you there in a few minutes. In this way, you can enjoy the best that Park City has to offer both day and night.

I passionately skied for several years with my 4 children, in Jay Peak, Vermont, but after visiting Utah a couple of times, made the move to Park City in 2012. This is newly built complex nestled into the edge of the mountains, surrounded by beautiful golf and wilderness views. The pool and health club facilities on site are fantastic amenities to have in the summer and winter alike. The house itself is a dream come true, and although having a private and rural feel, it is right in the center of the action and only 3 minutes walk to the Frostwood Gondola, so perfect for even the youngest in the family.

This townhome has been thoughtfully furnished to sleep up to 12, in 4 bedrooms and an adjoining den. 3 rooms have kingsize beds, and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin bunkbeds. There is a separate family area, or den, that enables kids to have privacy from the main floor entertaining area, and also acts as a further sleeping area, having a top of the range queen sleeper sofa.
Being 3 minutes walk from the lift is a MASSIVE advantage that cannot be understated.
