Just 500 meters from Croix des Marins beach, in a villa located in the heart of the charming winter town, this bright 60 m² apartment awaits you on the second and last floor, without elevator.
You will find all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 4 people, with a master bedroom and a mezzanine. From the entrance, a corridor leads to a multi-purpose cabin, ideal for storage or to accommodate a baby bed. The living room, decorated with a corner sofa, offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the basin, while the equipped kitchen, separated by a modern bar, is equipped with all the necessary household appliances: dishwasher, traditional oven, hotplates induction, refrigerator with freezer, hood, microwave, washing machine and dryer. A hallway leads to independent toilets equipped with a sanibroyeur. The master bedroom, facing west, has a double bed (160 cm) and a cupboard/wardrobe lit by a high window. The bathroom also has a window for natural light. The mezzanine, accessible by a staircase from the living room (pay attention to the ceiling height!), offers a double bed (160 cm) with a storage box, lit by Velux windows. Enjoy a clear view of the greenery and the Arcachon basin from the north-facing windows of the kitchen and living room. To access the apartment, you will have to climb around thirty steps from the residence's garden. The decoration is modern and refined, and the apartment is very well equipped. The nearest shops are just 400 meters away (Allée de la Chapelle), and the town center is 800 meters away. Parking is free on the street.
