Excellent stay! Great communication and a really nice place. I’ve stayed at a few places in this area for spring training and this was as good as the best places.

Very nice property in a convenient location. Street is quiet and safe. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed drinking our coffees out there in the morning. Geoff quickly responded to any questions we had.

Had an amazing stay! The host Geoff was on top of everything needed for the perfect stay. His backyard was the most serene and beautiful rental I’ve ever experienced. Spectacular!

A perfect place to stay

A beautiful place to stay when visiting Sarasota. Everything you need is here and close to the beach.The garden is charming and a lovely place to relax.Geoff is a great host and we we definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was sparkling clean and very cute inside. It was very well-equiped and fully stocked with kitchen supplies, bedding, books, games, and beach items. Our favorite part was the beautiful backyard; we loved spending time hanging out there. It is in a very central location and close to great restaurants and shopping in downtown Sarasota. We would definitely book again when back in the area!

Cozy Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this quiet cottage located so close to downtown and within short driving distance to the many amenities of the area. We especially loved the backyard space and would love to visit this area and stay again!

Beautiful place!

This place is amazing for a relaxing getaway! The backyard is stunning and great place to sit and have cup of coffee in the morning. The property is also short distance from amazing restaurants that the host recommended. Definitely would come here again!

Clean, comfortable and convenient makes this cottage a great stay. The outdoor area is the prefect spot for morning coffee or a late day drink.

Geoff is very conscientious and keeps the house and yard well kept. Love the back deck, gazebo and plants. Things have grown since we were here 4 years ago!

Good location, close to downtown in quiet neighborhood. The backyard is beautiful and the house is comfortable. The beds are very comfy and we like the gas stove in the kitchen.

Lovely vacation spot

The inside was well maintained. The host was very helpful and checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable. It was centrally located. We really enjoyed our time and would go back.

Beautiful Little Retreat

Everything was well-maintained and up-to-date. I enjoyed my stay and the host was very easy to communicate with. The area around the house was peaceful and quiet. I will definitely stay there again.

Great vacation!

Loved this location! Close to lots of sights, but, quiet at night! Everything was clean and inviting. Back yard was your own little Oasis. Geoffrey was fantastic and I got to meet Duke! Will be back for sure!!
