Kitchen open to fully equipped dining area: dishwasher, fridge (table top), microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, self-cooker, raclette set. Ground floor: a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + a drawer bed, and a mezzeanine with a 140 cm bed + 1 extra bed for a child. Two bathrooms with shower and sink, a separate toilet. Laminate parquet floor. Covered parking under the residence (height 1.80m). Ski locker in the DRC.
Set of 88 apartments with lift (only part of the residence), located in the resort center, 20m from the start of the slopes and the ski lifts. Shops at the foot of the building. A few meters away is the central square of La Mongie and the Pic du Midi cable car. At 1,800 meters above sea level, La Mongie is one of two resorts that make up the Grand Tourmalet area.
