Beautiful house completely renovated with large terraces and infinity pool. Composed of two independent and fully air-conditioned levels, it is distributed as follows :
First level : Living room, living room with open kitchen, very large terrace with beautiful sea view, two double bedrooms, one with sea view, shower room with WC.
Lower level: Two double bedrooms with sea view, shower room with WC. Terrace on the same level as the swimming pool, linen room and separate WC.

We enjoyed two great weeks at this property. The house is perfectly located with an awesome view over Denia. The pool with the Infinity edge is also perfect.

A wonderful trip...

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location. The villa is well proportioned and extremely well fitted out with everything a modern home would need. Incredible sea views that you can never get bored of, a wonderful swimming pool that was always just the right temperature. Amazing holiday in a stunning property.

Wonderful holidays

We had a great stay in the well equiped and super situated house. Thierry welcomed us very kindly and gave us good information. If needed, he was there. We especially enjoyed the big terrace with the amazing view to Denia - at any time.

Breathtaking villa perched on the top of the hill overlooking the whole of Denia with fabulous views. Representative Thierry was wonderful couldn’t do enough for you. Villa was fabulous had everything you could have wished for and some. Was a little worried about distance but it was only a 10 taxi ride into town which was never a problem to get. Would love to stay in this wonderful villa again at some point. Thank you for a wonderful 8 night holiday. Oh and I nearly forgot to say the poor was absolutely spectacular overlooking the view

Family holiday in Dénia

We have just returned from 9 nights in Dénia staying in Geraldine’s Villa Rapa. We were met on arrival by Thierry who couldn’t have been more helpful. He even gave my wife and I a tour through the marina in his car. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. The view of the town is stunning, especially at night. The villa had everything a family could wish for. It is Comfortable, stylish and equipped with all the utensils, bbq, towels as described on VRBO. a car is essential, but there’s plenty of parking at the villa and in town where there are loads of restaurants for all tastes . The pool area is fantastic. 5* 100% from us. Thankyou Geraldine and Thierry.

Amazing villa, excellent communication

We spent a week in this amazing villa for our honeymoon. Everything was perfect, particularly the view in the evenings over the port of Denia while having a cool drink and enjoying the atmosphere at the infinity pool. The two floors are completely separated which makes it a perfect location for a couple of 2 adults with or without children. We were on our own but did not feel lost in the villa at any time. The 2 bedrooms in the basement come with mosquito nets which we highly appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Communication with the owner and Thierry went very smoothly and we very much appreciated the late check-out since there were no new guests coming. Thank you for a great week.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut. Es ist sehr ruhig auf dem Berg gelegen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit einem Pkw erreichbar. Die Terrassen haben jede Menge Platz, um sich im Schatten aufzuhalten. Alle Fenster sind mit hochwertigem Mückenschutz ausgestattet. Mücken sind leider zahlreich vorhanden. Insgesamt ein sehr neues und hochwertiges Haus mit nahezu vollständiger Ausstattung in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Des vacances de rêves, nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette magnifique maison. Les photos représentent bien cette location. Propreté, agencement très bien pensé. La vue est réellement exceptionnelle et la piscine au TOP. Nos meilleures vacances depuis des années. Dénia est une ville très vivante et surtout propre, les restaurants sont bons. Félicitations à Géraldine pour la qualité de cette hébergement.

Erholsame Ferien

Wir haben im Juli zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Dénia verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Unübertreffbar ist der Aussenbereich mit dem Infinity Pool und der wunderschönen Aussicht auf Dénia, den Hafen und das Meer. Im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, die wir in den vergangenen Jahren gemietet haben, ist die sehr gute Qualität der Betten/Matratzen hervorzuheben. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus bietet all das, was wir bevorzugt suchen: großer Pool, toller Ausblick, klare, moderne Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung, Sitz-und Liegeplätze auch im Schatten, ruhige Umgebung. Die Anreise vom Flughafen Valencia gestaltet sich dank guter Autobahnanbindung problemlos. (Autovermietung Centauro: schnelle, effiziente, freundliche Abwicklung ohne jeglichen Abzockversuch, gute Fahrzeuge + Konditionen) Obwohl die Nachbarhäuser belegt waren, wurde es nie zu laut. Die obere überdachte Terrasse vor der Küche ist ein wahres Highlight, hier kann man bei Sonnenuntergang und Kerzenlicht die spektakuläre Aussicht über Denia und das Meer genießen ebenso wie all die guten Dinge, die man im nahegelegenen Consum eingekauft hat, und dabei wundervolle Abende verbringen. Da braucht man eigentlich gar kein Restaurant mehr. Ebenso haben wir den schönen Pool mit den vorhandenen Luftmatratzen sehr genossen, die große Poolterrasse und generell das Ambiente einer sehr gelungenen und durchdachten Renovierung des Hauses. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt, dazu trugen auch Thierry und seine Partnerin bei, die ein, zwei unbedeutende Probleme kurzfristig behoben, stets erreichbar und zudem sehr sympathisch waren. Danke auch an Géraldine für den guten Kontakt im Vorfeld und dass wir am letzten Tag länger bleiben durften! Selbst bei Regen war es da so gemütlich, dass wir äußerst ungern abreisten. Es war ein perfekter, erholsamer Urlaub - wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wundervolle Ferien

Hier kann man wunderschöne Ferien verbringen. Ein tolles Haus, mit allem was man benötigt. Hervorragende Terrasse mit großem Pool und ein umwerfender Ausblick. Sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Check in und Check out gut organisiert. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison était parfaite ! La vue également est a coupé le souffle. Je recommande vivement ce logement pour des vacances au calme. Il y avais 0 bruits, nous entendions uniquement les oiseaux !! La ville est très sympathique.

Merveilleux !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cette superbe villa ! Elle est située dans un quartier calme, implanté à flanc de colline, ce qui offre une vue incroyable sur la ville et la mer. La maison est moderne, entièrement rénovée, spacieuse et très bien équipée (avec Wi-Fi notamment). Toutes les chambres sont climatisées et disposent d'une literie de qualité. Au vu de la pente, la voiture est fortement recommandée. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !
