Home underwent extensive remodel in 2022.

Three spacious bedrooms (1 king, 1 king and 1 queen), plus a bunk room with 4 bunk beds and 3 1/2 baths on a cul-de-sac with breathtaking views of the entire Vail Valley and Gore Range. The home has three brand new decks off the master bedroom, main living area and downstairs bedrooms. Private hot tub on lower deck. The views are spectacular from every deck! The best part is you are only 600 feet away from the Simba Run bus stop that gets you to Vail Village and back in only 10 minutes. Plus all new furnishings and new tvs in each bedroom and living room. Bunk room has new tv and Xbox.

House is nicely appointed, comfortable, well-stocked, and super close to bus stop/convenient to the villages. Neighborhood is quiet. Rental instructions were very timely and clear. Overall experience was "no fuss no muss."

Back for Year 2!

Perfect experience for our family. We enjoyed staying here for the second year in a row. Meals were easy to prepare in the well-designed kitchen. The owners are very attentive and responsive to any questions. We loved it!

Great stay

The house is beautiful and very well maintained. Has everything you need in the kitchen and is full of cozy spaces for family or friends to spend time together. We were two families with kids and we had a wonderful week there! Would love to come back other times.

The property was exactly like the pictures. Very updated with great amenities. We stayed with our kids and 2 grandkids and loved it. Check in was very easy.

Annual guys ski week

Great week at Vail in a wonderful residence. Great modern design and spacious layout. Spectacular views of the resort and mountains. Easy access to Lionshead and Vail Village. Perfect place to relax off the slopes for the week.

Fabulous Home!

We loved the open design of this recently renovated home. Great views of Vail with large windows. Our grandkids enjoyed playing games in the living room. Owners and property manager were very attentive. Clearly the best home we have rented!

This home was exactly as pictured and even more so. The location was great, and convenient to the bus stop. the hosts couldn’t have been more responsive or caring. it’s a wonderful home for a family with every possible amenity and well provisioned. We were in awe when we walked in until we departed.

Amazing modern ski retreat in Vail

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-night stay at Jon’s west Vail condo. The condo unit is very clean and thoughtfully designed to provide luxury and comfort. It commands an incredible panoramic view of the vail mountains. The condo has a large balcony on each level where we enjoyed having morning coffees while overlooking the sunrise behind the Lionshead village, or an afternoon soak in the hot-tub after a whole day’s skiing. The living space has a high ceiling and is filled with light during the day. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances. And the bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. Our kids were thrilled with the bunker beds in the den! We loved our stay and we will be back.

Ideal ski condo

Located across the highway from Lionshead village in a residential area with nearby shuttle bus access. Modern decor, clean, sleek, with lots of luxurious conveniences like hot tub, gourmet stove, wine/beer cooler, large refrigerator/freezer, free-standing jacuzzi tub, walk-in closets with lots of free storage space, fancy gas fireplace, pizza oven, and more. Very friendly, helpful and responsive host.

A gorgeous house at west vail

The house is modern and beautiful. It has a great location it is walking distance from Lionshead. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very comfortable living room. We really enjoyed it.

Wonderful experience at Vail

We had an exceptional experience staying at this beautifully renovated property. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive to our questions. We enjoyed the property’s view of Vail and proximity to town within 5 minutes. In addition, we found the nearby Vail bus to be a convenient option versus driving. We hope to return again in the future!

Our home is located on a private cul-de-sac. Our south facing decks provide panoramic views of the entire Vail Valley and Vail Mountain. The view from each of the three decks is amazing.

We offer 3 bedrooms and a bunk rooms with 4 bunk beds, and a private hot tub on the lower deck conveniently located near two bedrooms and the bunk room.
