This flat of 50 m² (about 538 ft²) has 2 rooms including 1 bedroom.
Warm and bright, it is ideally located in the Saint-Sernin district in the hyper centre of Toulouse. This area is very pleasant to live in, close to transport, shops and especially the large Place du Capitole, accessible in 4 minutes on foot.
You will have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with dressing room and a shower room.
Bed linen and towels provided. Free Wifi.

The flat:
Located on the second floor, the accommodation is composed as follows:
Day area:
- A bright living room with a sofa, TV, a coffee table, an armchair
- A kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped: fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine with capsules... It has an extendable table with four chairs.

Sleeping area:
- A spacious bedroom with queen size bed (160x200) and dressing room
- A mezzanine with a floor bed (140x190)
- A shower room with an Italian shower, a basin, a towel dryer and a toilet.
- A cupboard/utility room with washing machine.

Excellent Stay

Very modern and chic. Bedding was warm and cozy. Kitchen had everyrhing we needed. Great location on quiet street. Large windows let in plenty of light. Would stay here again for sure.

Convenient Codrus

The apartment is in the heart of the Capitol area and within walking distance of many attractions. Nice to be in an apartment rather than a hotel room. The spiral staircase up to the flat was difficult to manage several times a day for us seniors as well as taking our heavy luggage down the stairs upon checkout. On the whole, a positive experience.

Le Codrus This is a lovely apartment within a few short blocks of Le Capitole. It is on a quaint street in the heart of the old part of Toulouse. It was very comfortable, has a lot of space, big windows, and everything we needed for our stay ( including a washer/dryer). It is on the 3rd floors and there is no lyft but that was no issue for us. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again if we came back to Toulouse. The fabulous location and comfort and spaciousness of the apartment would be hard to beat.

Brilliant location

We stayed for a week in early May. The location if perfect as it is a three minute walk to the main square and very easy to walk to all the main sights, bars and restaurants. Once inside the apartment, it is clean and very well maintained with a good size living room and bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom has high end fittings with an excellent shower. The bedroom has large mirrored wardrobes with a huge amount of hanging space and plenty of hangers plus drawers for foldable clothes. The agency responsible, Cocoonr, were very responsive with excellent communication. The only thing that is a little concerning is the entrance to the flat is by two flights of stairs as there is no lift. The stairwell is in a poor state of repair and there were structural supports all along the stairwell. The WiFi was not working when we arrived but the agency sent someone the next day who fixed it but could not get the TV to work. Also, the washing machine was out of order during our stay.

Les photos sont fidèles à la réalité avec un personnel très réactif et super placement assez proche de la place du capitole. Le Codrus "Appartement vraiment très agréable, vraiment bien placé au centre de tout: proche de la gare, de la basilique Saint Sernin, du couvent des Jacobins, des rues marchandes, du capitole, des bars et restaus. Niveau fonctionnel: vraiment sympa, assez complet. Balance de cuisine, ustensiles variés, plats pour le four.. je n’ai manqué de rien et je m’y suis sentie très à l’aise et bien. Je recommande."

Le Codrus "El apartamento de 10, las camas cómodas, limpio y bien preparado. Las ventanas son suficientemente gruesas para aislar el ruido de la calle y el piso es tal cual las fotos. Fuimos 3 y nos resultó muy agradable la estancia. Solo añadir que no había gel como se indicaba en el anuncio y las escaleras de caracol del edificio son antiguas y pueden resultar incómodas de subir sobretodo para una persona mayor. Además el portal estaba muy dejado y sucio y olía mal. Sin embargo este aspecto en el piso no se notaba. Igualmente disfrutamos mucho de la estancia y ubicación y repetiríamos. Gracias!"

Le Codrus "La gioia di dormire in soppalco 🙂 Un bell'appartamento spazioso e soprattutto pulito. Accessoriato di tutto non manca nulla Si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore. A pochi passi dalla piazza principale buona base per girare Tolosa a piedi. Letti comodi anche il soppalco dove ho dormito io si stava bene (sono over 60 ) per me non è stato difficile salire la scala, anzi mi sono divertita... la signora Nathalie che ci ha accolto per la consegna delle chiavi molto carina e puntuale. 🙁 Complessivamente mi è piaciuto tutto..potrei consigliare di aggiungere più luce in cucina."

Le Codrus "No lo puedo recomendar 🙂 La distribución del alojamiento es buena, y las ventanas son grandes y permiten una buena iluminación del apartamento. Está situado cerca del centro. 🙁 Al llegar nos dieron pocas explicaciones sobre el funcionamiento del piso, y eso que nos quedábamos un mes. Había una parte del apartamento (la habitación encima de la cocina) que estaba sin limpiar. La ubicación es buena, pero por las noches hay ruido, lo que impide abrir las ventanas. El calor fue insoportable en el apartamento (nos tuvimos que marchar mucho antes de lo previsto por este motivo), deberían instalar sistema de aire acondicionado. La lavadora no funcionaba, lo notificamos y tardaron más de tres días en responder (para entonces lavamos la ropa fuera de casa). La televisión no funcionaba adecuadamente."

Le Codrus "Really good base for your explorations in Toulouse. Very well furnished, comfy bed and modern bathroom. Super centrally located close to loads or bars, restaurants and at walking distance to many places to visit. please be aware the apartment it's on a second floor without lift. As I read on other reviews, yes there was some noise at night (only on one of the nights) coming from people standing outside a bar around the corner: it really wasn't that bad and more than bearable. The optimal location and good standards of the apt make up for that little occasional inconvenience."
