I welcome you in my charming 21 square meters apartment, located on the 1st floor without elevator, ideal for tourist vacations and ready to receive four persons.
It is ideally located in a peaceful area, close to the SEA, 19 min walk from the BEACH, 800 m from the golf of Moliets and close to bars, restaurants and shops.

The apartment includes a bedroom with a bunk bed, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed and a furnished LOGGIA with a VIEW of the forest. Take advantage of the two shared SWIMMING POOLS of the residence which will be very appreciated in summer, to relax and sunbathe under the sun! Bodysurfing equipment for children will also be available on the terrace. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, it is a Pierre&Vacances residence however the animations are not accessible. This studio is close to the SEA, 19 min walk from the beach of Chênes Lièges and 800 m from the golf and tennis of Moliets. Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. The CITY CENTER is also 4 minutes away by car. For your daily shopping, you will find a SPAR Supermarket at 5 min by car. The location of the apartment allows you to discover and visit: the Beach of Moliets which is 5 min away by car, the Pond of Moliets and the Adrenaline Park 2 min away by car, the TOURIST OFFICE LANDES ATLANTIQUE SUD 4 min away by car, the Mouth of the Huchet stream 5 min away by car, the Pond of la Prade 4 min away by car, the Pond of Léon 13 min away, the Huchet stream 8 min away.... A mountain bike rental service is 16 min away for a bike ride. The area is very popular with locals and tourists. ## Emplacement
Moliets is a typical Landes village, festive and lively all year round. Close your eyes, you are there.... Can you see this small village square, decorated with pennants and garlands in the spirit of a guinguette? For those who are looking for small discreet corners, you can join the marked out paths starting from the fronton; the pond of Moliets and the pond of La Prade are at the end of the road. And if you like the small "built" heritage, stop at the chapel of Mâa, this preserved place will be the occasion to take a break on the road to Pichelèbe. In Moliets, people also come to play golf between forest and ocean. Golfers, beginners as well as experienced, play all year round on this 18-hole course designed by Robert Trent Jones. And to get around during the vacations, you can leave your car and pedal on the incredible network of bicycle paths that link the golf course and the beaches, passing through the town. The famous "Vélodysée", the large bicycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, at 5 minutes and allows you to make beautiful strolls through the pine forests, without difficulties. At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ is the perfect example of the oceanic charm of the Landes coast. Nestled behind dunes and maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers and Landes landscapes of undeniable beauty. In this postcard setting, the diversity of activities to be enjoyed makes it a very pleasant destination in all seasons!
