Happy House Stay

Everything was great. Very well appointed & well equipped. Even had hairdryers in all of the bathrooms. It was perfect for my family of 7, including 3 couples & 1 single. And, an unheard of 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms!! Metro, grocery & boulangeries all very close. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect Accommodation in Paris

This apartment was perfect. Yohann is a very responsive and kind host. The accommodations are attractive, immaculately clean and so comfortable for us and our parade of 10 guests who visited on and off over the month of May. The kitchen was well equipped, the washer/dryer a plus, and the location perfect. Within a few blocks we found a terrific bakery (Boulangerie Marceaux), cafes, bistros, parks, the Metro and bus stop (making Paris travel easy) and we could walk to the Gare de Lyon for trains. On Tuesdays and Fridays there is a large outdoor market, and a Monoprix department store/grocery nearby. The 12th Arrondissement has many hidden treasures and is a great base for a memorable trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

Fantastic for large families

The place was a perfect fit for my family of 10, which included ages 8 to 80. The apartment was clean, matched the photos, and the location was lovely. The place was close to a couple of grocery stores, many different bistros, a boulangerie with the most amazing croissants, and a variety of public transportation options. We had also specifically booked it due to the availability of air conditioning. The a/c worked beautifully and individual controls in each room let us each set the temperature we liked. Communication with the owner was easy and quick. We had one problem with internet not working in all the rooms, but he was very responsive and was working on getting it fixed. A couple of heads up for anyone staying there. The apartment is on the 1st floor (i.e., 2nd floor for North Americans). Stairs were easy to navigate and we had no problems, but there is no elevator. Also, the kitchen pots/pans/etc were enough for breakfast and straight forward dinners, but we had to get creative when trying to feed all 10 at the same time. All that being said, any drawbacks to the property were minor and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent location and accommodations

My family and I were extremely delighted with this place. It was exactly as shown in the photographs and definitely accomodated the 9 people I had in the 4 available bedrooms. There is even enough bathrooms. WIFI worked excellent in every location in the flat. Air conditioning in all the rooms as well. The heating racks in the bathrooms were a great hit with my girls who enjoyed coming out to a heated towel. The location was great and was within walking distance to the Monoprix and two bakeries and some restaurants. Although the Dugommeier station was closed, the Bercy station was only about 5 minutes further away in the opposite direction. Highly recommend this location for larger families. The check-in and check-out was seamless even allowing for a slightly later check-out beyond stated time.

Good Paris property

The property appears to be newly renovated. It is away from the street and quiet. The kitchen has a generous supply of plates, utensils, etc. The flat is air-conditioned, although the distribution is uneven, but adequate. We had a great deal of difficulty with wifi outages. The manager was responsive, positive, and helpful. Public transportation is close, as is a grocery store. We recommend this property.
