We had a great weekend here with our kids! The location is fantastic - right on the beach, great views from the deck and close to restaurants/groceries/shops. The house was exactly as described and stocked with all the essentials. We’d absolutely stay here again and/or recommend to others!

Loved our stay in Kitty Hawk! This is our second time visiting this house. The location couldn’t have been better, and the views were absolutely incredible. Everything was provided as expected, making our vacation smooth and stress-free. Beautiful home, lovely experience—we would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT place. Highly recommend it. We got a surprisingly low rate this year. The rate has increased significantly, considering we got such a low rate to begin with, but it IS beachfront property. Very clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. WONDERFUL!!!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better property for our stay in OBX. The house is just as listed on the beach, a simple walk over the dunes. Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and the highway to get to NC 12 and Manteo island. House was stocked with all you need for a short stay. AC may work too good! Hot tub was an added bonus! Thanks for the memories. We are already looking to come back. the beach!

We arrived after the nor'easter and thankfully the rental was still standing. I did have to contact the owner the day before we left as we did not have the entry code. The home is in an excellent location. The beach was great. Everything like, restaurants and stores were within driving distance.The home had some issues which we informed the host about when we left.Access to the beach was not easy but we attributed it to the storm. There was a very large dune you had to climb over and down to get to the beach which could be a problem for some people. Some of the pictures on the site were misleading but we had beautiful Weather....and we were at the BEACH.

Amazing location!! Directly on the beach with incredible ocean views from all levels of the house. Great location close to dining and shopping as well. House was exactly as described, nothing fancy but with a location like that who really spends much time indoors! Incredibly comfy beds and great, cold air conditioning on both levels. Really enjoyed our stay!!

We were extremely pleased with our stay! The house was clean and exactly as described. It’s right on the beach so we got to enjoy beautiful sunrises and lots of time in the water. We we dolphins from the porch several times. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

This home was absolutely gorgeous! The house was perfect it had everything we needed for a week at the beach, chairs, boards, and sand toys!! We sat out under the stars every night listening to the ocean and catching a glimpse of several shooting stars. It was unlike any other house we have stayed in the straight stairs from the beach to the upper deck was a great set up with a foot sprayer half way up. I would say if you have small children stop my target and grab a cheap baby gait for the top worked great. Joanne and Ken were great at check in and check out didn’t need anything in between. Would 10/10 recommend and can’t wait to return in the future!!

The house was extremely neat, clean, and organized. It is in a beautiful location with the most amazing sunrises. We stayed with two young children and found it very accommodating to their needs as well.
