Spacious 2 BR/1BA apartment in prime location in downtown Christiansted historic neighborhood, with panoramic views of Câsted Harbor and Gallows Bay, lush gardens and fruit trees, and great sea breezes. Inside historic 1777 Danish Greathouse on harborside of American Hill, within minutesâ walk of all of Câsted town, the boardwalk and Protestant Cay ferry, and Gallows Bay.
Apartment is on the ground level, inside a secure courtyard with patio, bbq area, gardens, and stunning roof deck with breathtaking panoramic views of the water and reefs surrounding Câsted.
1000SF. Large bedrooms, including master bedroom with French door entry and attached walk-in closet. A/C in both bedrooms. 2nd bedroom has direct access to patio through screen door.
