Newly built with logs fresh from British Columbia and perfectly secluded, this spacious retreat will be a great place to call home for your next ski adventure or relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Each morning can be spent sipping a warm cup of coffee on the gorgeous deck looking out to the greenery of the surrounding Maine landscape. Come summer, the gas grill can be just the ticket for a cookout in the fresh air as the sun dips towards the horizon. After a full day of adventure, the chef of the group can whip up anything from a quick snack to a gourmet meal in the full kitchen, and the rest of the gang can head downstairs for a movie night in the media room. Plus, a bit of alone time in front of the fireplace is always a good way to settle down.

Split into three levels, everyone will have their own space to call home. The first level boasts the media room, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a trundle twin, and a king bed. The main floor is home to the living area, kitchen, dining area, a full bath, and another bedroom with a queen bed. Head upstairs and you will find the last two bedrooms containing a queen bed and a crib in one, and a full bed in the other. These two bedrooms share a full bath with a walk-in shower.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Sitting just one-and-a-half miles south of Sunday River Resort, a full day of skiing will be mere minutes from your front door. While in the area, guests will have many options for grabbing a bite to eat or maybe even stopping into Matterhorn Ski Bar on the way home from a day on the mountain. Come summer, hiking to Screw Auger Falls and Mount Will can be a perfect way to get outside and soak up the scenery. Plus, groceries and more restaurant options can be found less than a mile south.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
