The bright exterior of our two-bedroom, Queen Anne Style Victorian Home, cheerfully welcomes you to this unique charming property. Perched upon Warren Square on the second story, Harper House Too can comfortably accommodate up to Four Lucky guests for a true “live like a local” Savannah experience.

The space gleams with natural light, and boast with high ceilings, original, decorative hearth and tasteful furnishings. The living space comfortably seats your entire party, also fitted with A flat-screen TV, oriental rug, original fire place that is now decorative. Stepping into to the spacious kitchen, you'll find original wood work and flooring throughout the home, a classic feature in Victorian homes. The kitchen has been tastefully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, open shelving to modernize the space, and a large butcher block island perfect for preparing home meals. Tucked away, you'll find the solid wood dining table that can seat up-to Four Lucky Guests.

Just off the kitchen, the large bathroom features a serene setting with marble countertops, and a large subway tile soaking tub/shower combination. Down the hall, you'll find the guest bedroom which is fitted with a bunk bed perfect for children, or singles of the group. At the front of the apartment, the primary bedroom awaits, with an ample amount of windows, another original fireplace with brickwork, and a comfortable King size bed.

You’ll be just minutes from the excitement of River Street and Broughton Street, with Savannah’s best shopping, dining and historic attractions all within walking distance.

Great location

Great location - located in the historic district. Within walking distance to restaurants, ice cream, public squares, bars. etc... Also easy drives to the like of the above as well.

Exceeded expectations!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Parking was safe and easy to find, we were a bit confused about check in, but the staff was quick to answer and get us checked in, the home was in the MOST perfect location and was so cute. The character in this home was second to none, and it had everything we needed. The only complaint I could possibly think of is that we couldn’t find the outdoor trash bin to leave our trash in when we checked out. We didn’t have a chance to call the office to ask because a friendly business owner nearby said we could leave our trash in her bin. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Savannah!

Perfect location!

The location is perfect if you want to walk to City Market or the River. The home is 125 years old, so not everything is going the be in “perfect” condition. We had a horrible time trying to get the door code from Lucky Savannah. When they finally sent one to me, it didn’t work. Even more disturbing was that the neighbor next to us tried to help, and his code worked on our door. If you’re looking for things to do in the property, you’re out of luck. This is a nice rental in Savanah for the convenience of walking around and enjoying the area. I had no contact at all with the owner since it wasn’t necessary. However, I doubt that I will ever do business with Lucky Savannah again.

Historic charm

It’s close to the river walk restaurants, very peaceful area.The host is super kind and responsive. I accidentally broke something, and they came the very next morning and took care of it. Two slight issues.—One: the bedroom is bright as day all night long,due to parking lot lights and no curtains. Bring a sleep mask! Two: the shower leaks all over the floor, so reserve a couple towels for mopping it up.

Great location, perfect home base!

Loved our stay. The apt was clean and spacious with everything we needed for a three day stay! Location was awesome beautiful surroundings and once o parked our car in our provided parking spot I didn’t have to drive until we were leaving! Close to everything and could walk everywhere! This was one of my families favorite vrbo we have stayed at! If we head back to Savannah wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Host agency was great responsive and helpful!

Decent Unit, Great Location, needs some TLC

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, well stocked kitchen, great HVAC system, bed was very comfortable, comfortable furniture, very clean except bathroom was dirty upon arrival due to poor cleaning after repair work. Ceiling fan in MB did not work, blinds in MB inoperable so major street light intrusion, no hand towels and only 1 wash cloth provided but plenty of bath towels. Steep, narrow, long entry stairs. Frig water dispenser did not work, plenty of ice though. Nowhere to place washed dishes to dry. Need a stool to operate fan over stove. No outside area, door to 2nd floor porch locked.

Excellent location

Some of my favorite parts- 1) family & pet friendly 2) beautiful layout with lots of natural sunlight 3) perfect location with a park next door and super close to downtown fun Really the only con was some mild street noise that we drowned out with our sound machine. Overall a wonderful stay, would book again, and would recommend to a friend!

Savannah Harper House Too

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is in a great location for walking everywhere in Historic Savannah.It is quiet and comfortable - just a little run down. The unit is upstairs and the stair carpeting needs a good cleaning or to be replaced. The dishwasher is very old and poorly designed for glasses and large plates. The bathroom has new vanity and toilet, but the tub is old and very narrow - hard to stand with feet apart when showering. Also the half glass swing shower door did not prevent the shower from leaking all over the floor. Went through multiple towels to wipe the floor every morning!The couch and chairs look nice but are a little saggy. I guess keep in mind the house was built in 1897 and has wonderful charm and architectural features.

We were able to walk nearly anywhere in downtown/historic Savannah from this home. The actual home was beautiful, well taken care of, and the decorations were so charming. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we experienced an issue with parking. Overall, wonderful experience and would definitely return! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Stay, Great Location

We LOVED the location of this property. Just a block from all the restaurants we could want to visit, a couple of blocks from River Walk & nice walk from beautiful Forsyth Park where we had an amazing picnic lunch. We will definitely visit again!

Just outside of the bustle but close enough to easily walk. No issues getting into the home. The parking spot was a nice added perk. You can hear everything from the outside at night but the carriage rides going on with the jingle bells made that quite festive. Very clean and had a beautiful kitchen.

Ok not great

Location was close to many things. The square was not comfortable to walk in after 6 pm or early morning. Broughton St. And riverfront close. In need of updating. No blankets to be found anywhere. Only sheets on the bed. Bring extra toilet paper, coffee, sugar things you would think would be included as they are not. Decent but not the best.

Good, but could have been better.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a family vacation to celebrate a birthday. It was very easy to check in and enter the property. Upon arrival, all was well, with a minor issue with parking. The spot next to the assigned space always seemed to have someone in it who could not park. Always over the line, we had to squeeze our car into the spot and worry about car doors from the spot on the right, because of the hideous parking from the car on the left. I let the office know, just in case someone called and complained about our parking.The accommodations were nice, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom was clean, floors old, lovely, and clean.The only negatives would be, the bathtub is very narrow and there is nothing to hold on to to get in and out of the shower. Standing in the shower your feet can't be flat, they go up on the sides because it is that narrow. Getting out, the tub wall is high and would pose a slip risk if you are not careful. The washer has mold on the opening, and the bottom level entrance sort of smelled for a few days but went away the last day. Other than the parking, the narrow tub, and the moldy washer, our stay was fantastic and we had a great time as a family. We walked to breakfast/brunch every morning, walked to dinners, Riverstreet, and down Broughton for ice cream and shopping. Great vacation and stay.

We easily got parking right in front of the house with street parking. There were ants on the center counter in the kitchen which need addressed. I also think blinds that completely shut in the bedroom would be appreciated. We will definitely be back!!

Excellent location!

Well loved this apartment. It's location on Warren Square was beautiful. We easily walked to Boughton Street and River Street for lunches and dinner. The stop for the hop on trolly tour is only a block away. Our Savannagh walking tour met at Warren Square, right out the front door! We would definetly recommend and at this apartment again. The wayer pressure is perfect and the apartment wss very clean. Thank you!
