We absolutely loved our stay at the Atoka House! It was very clean and had everything you could think of and more! Most of all, we loved the history of the place and its charming decor and atmosphere! The location was great and we hope to return someday!

We stayed at Atoka House for the week of my sons wedding and it was perfect! Such a beautiful property, comfortably furnished, very clean and well maintained. Conveniently located just outside Middleburg, there is easy access to great shopping and dining. The living and dining options are many, and cooking 'at home' is a breeze with the well stocked kitchen - Liz has every detail covered from utensils to linens! The deck was perfect for an outdoor meal or for just sitting admiring the large, lovely garden.Liz was a gracious host, checking in regularly but not overbearing - she made herself available to answer questions, give recommendations and even drove us to the venue for the wedding! I would highly recommend Atoka House for your next stay. We are looking forward to another stay in the near future!

The property owner Liz was so helpful and gave us the best recommendations! We loved dining at The Red Fox Inn, the Ashby Inn, and Main & Field. We also loved our tour at Lost Mountain Winery! At the Atoka House, we loved the decor , the cozy beds, and the Scrabble game! We also loved sitting outside around the fire pit and at the picnic table. We can’t thank Liz enough for being the best host!

Our son got married at the Middleburg Manor and this home was the perfect size and distance from the venue. The house is full of charm, fully stocked and loved the history that was shared. Liz, the owner was very responsive and left so many special touches in the home to make you feel welcome. The only disappointment was the rain as we could not enjoy the firepit, which was not fault of the owners. We would love to make a return trip someday!

Lovely, high-end cabin with every luxury imaginable!

Great location to visit all areas of interest. Restaurants in Middleburg, hiking at Sky Meadow, beautiful arboretum. Planning a return trip already

This is a gem in Middleburg. The owners, Liz and Nick, were wonderful! The home is perfect, excellent location in Middleburg, and has so much personality.

Awesome Country Cottage

Everything was great and the process was so easy and smooth. My family came to town and it was great to stay all together and not a hotel. Perfect place and the owners were awesome.

The house is very charming with historic appeal yet modern amenities. It’s very close to Middleburg where we spent a lot of time. The owners are friendly and responsive. We had a lovely stay and will be back!

Very hospitable hosts!

Very accommodating hosts. Shared info about local area and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay (which we did!). House is charming and clean. Parking was easy. Very convenient to Middleburg and the wineries.

The host was communicative and kind, and the property was beautiful - as advertised! Warm, cozy — blankets and pillows every where. The kitchen space leaves plenty of room, we cooked dinner for five comfortably! Well stocked with essentials, and clean. Backyard is beautiful, fireplace gives you perfect cozy cabin feel. Host went above and beyond to check on us and help us with nearby activities.

Wonderful

My husband and I celebrated our 8th anniversary there and it couldn’t have been nicer! We enjoyed the recommended restaurants and did some shopping. One thing that stood out when we arrived was that there were Stargazer Lilies and they are my favorite flower! Highly recommend staying there
