The Hawk's Nest at Alligator Creek

In the heart of Clearwater, a peaceful, clean, private artists' retreat to remind you of TN or North Carolina. If you like nature, this is the spot for you! The Hawk's Nest is like living in a treehouse! Plenty of room for you to bring the kids and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. If you like sports, we are close to TWO spring training stadiums and 25 minutes from Raymond James stadium. Only 20 minutes from the beach. Safe gated property centrally located for shopping and activities.

The unit is ONE Large private room, with a sleeping loft upstairs for the kids. Downstairs is the living room with two sofas, a dining area, a full kitchen, a king-sized bed, and the bathroom with shower.

The upstairs sleeping loft can sleep four, with the trundle bed. We also have a portacrib available if you have an infant.

Great Place

What a great place to stay, eclectic spacious, and everything in between. Close to beaches and tourist adventures. Angi was helpful and accessible if needed. Be back next year.

Beautiful oasis

Absolutely gorgeous driveway in with all the greenery. Loved having the playground and caboose. Very nice to have books to read at night for bedtime. Peaceful and quiet community. Very much enjoyed the fresh eggs waiting on us!

It’s really a hawks nest!

We came to this location for a quick family visit And wanted something that was close to where I needed to be plus had a great property for birding and this was definitely it. The kids had a blast exploring the loft and my husband and I enjoyed watching the hawks and songbirds from the roof.

Cute property with hidden magic throughout :)

This was a very unique stay! Very fun for kids inside with the loft and twin beds. There is also a little play area outside. Both kids LOVED being there. Angie and her husband are both extremely nice and accommodating. If you have a child that needs to nap.. keep in mind that this place is VERY bright. The upstairs doesn't have curtains so there isn't really a way to darken the rooms during the day. Also, the A/C is kind of loud, which is also tough when trying to get a toddler to sleep.

surprising find

Staying at the Hawk's Nest was very comfortable. Directions to the property were excellent and the accommodations were different than anywhere we've ever stayed. Many decks for lounging if that is your pleasure and plenty of room in the house for relaxation. Also, just a 5 minute drive to the Phillies spring training facility.

This rustic cabin-in-the woods has everything you need to relax and is located on a gorgeous piece of property conveniently located. The unit is upstairs with a view and sound of water flowing down the creek and lush landscaing. We will definitely stay here again on future visits.

Relaxing Retreat

The place was beautiful, clean and was very enjoyable. Very convenient to public beaches and stores and restaurants.. it was even close enough to take a day trip over to Orlando for Universal Studio! We would definitely stay again. It’s perfect for a family to enjoy.

Hawk’s Nest was perfect!

My dad and I stayed at Hawks Nest for three days while visiting family in Clearwater. We absolutely loved the property, both the unit and the grounds. Both are just lovely, and the location was close to things we wanted to do, yet peacefully tucked back into a quiet neighborhood. Our host, Angie, was extremely responsive anytime we needed to communicate and was so helpful. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful stay

The house and location were amazing, we really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and my daughter loved staying in the loft. The place was very clean and comfortable, if we're in Clearwater again we would absolutely re-book!

Hidden Gem in Clearwater, Florida

We had a wonderful time at Hawk's Nest. This unique property is located on beautiful grounds. The hosts, Angie & Gary, are thoughtful (farm fresh eggs & homemade carrot cake delivered to our door) and friendly. The accommodations a cool vibe and include everything you need. We'll be back.!

Perfect place for a honeymoon

My son and daughter-in-law stayed here for their honeymoon, and this is what they told me about it. "The place was absolutely amazing! It was literally the best honeymoon on the planet! The only constructive criticism I can think of is that there was no washer and dryer which would have been more convenient. It was the perfect place for a honeymoon though. It felt super secluded but also close to everything and an easy drive to everything interesting."

Perfect winter getaway

The Hawk’s Nest was the perfect loft property for us and our four young kids. It was a short drive to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete, or Tampa to do fun family activities. Angela was wonderful, and the property is very cool.

Amazing place!

Just as beautiful as pictured! The house was clean, plenty of room, nice decks, pretty view of the creek and small waterfall. Talked with the owners and both are very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again!
