Stunning Condo in Boynton Beach, located in a beautiful resort called Casa Costa. Amenities during your stay will include a pool, fitness room, pool table and other outdoor activities for you to enjoy with your friends and family. A parking spot will be provided during your stay as well as a 24 hr valet option. Close to grocery stores, Restaurants, and nightlife. Experience a home away from home, the beach is only a 10 min walk and Delray Beach is a 10 min drive.
Guest have use to the condo in itâs entirety. 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom stocked kitchen as well as a comfortable pull out couch with black out curtains in the living room to make it feel like itâs own room!
Guests have access to the entire condo
I like to give my guests privacy but am available if needed.
Casa Costa is in the heart of East Boynton Beach close to everything you need and more!
Can walk to the beach as well as local grocery stores, CVS across the street, nearby restaurants as well
Garage parking may be restricted during stay if so complimentary valet available
$100 fee for loss or damage of key fob
$100 fee for loss or damage of garage opener
NO MAIL OR PACKAGES ARE PERMITTED TO BE DELIVERED AT ANYTIME PER THE BUILDING

Additional Casa Costa rules are in a binder in the unit refer to that if you have any questions if you canât find the answer in there I would be more than happy to answer it for you!
Cameras around all interior and exterior common areas within Casa Costa building on and recording 24/7 monitored by Casa Costa. No cameras inside the interior of the unit.
Early check in and late check out are an additional charge each if available and set up at least 24hrs in advance. Early check in times between 12-1pm late check out between 2-3pm any additional time will have to be additional day charge.
CASA COSTA is a condo community not a hotel, any questions or concerns about the individual unit or most questions about the building should be referred to us and not the front desk
Due to ongoing construction casa costa is doing to the building the exterior facade the attached in room balcony could be closed until further notice.
There is potential for noise during construction as well during business hours Monday-Friday
