Located in Destiny East, Southbound is the perfect place to spend your next family vacation! Beach Reunion is proud to offer to our guests this beautiful and spacious vacation home featuring an immaculate layout for large families and a massive/newly renovated pool and spa. This 7-bedroom, 6.5 bath home will feature use of a luxurious kitchen and dining area, a two car garage, a LSV (Low Speed Vehicle), 3 King Suites, 3 King Bedrooms plus a Custom Bunk Room for the young ones.
Upon entry, guests will find an inviting and open-air foyer with a grand staircase and crystal-clear lighting. Southbound features a fresh and updated kitchen and dining room with space for the entire family to enjoy time together. Luxurious accents and amenities at every turn with granite countertops, stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, gas cooktop range, two dishwashers and microwave. The dine in island/breakfast bar features seating for 6 in plush barstools. The well crafted and cozy dining room off the kitchen has seating for 8 guests with beautiful views surrounding the table.
Just off the kitchen and dining area, enjoy a cup of coffee or a movie night in the sitting area with seating for 6 guests, a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Step outside to the patio where thereâs yet another large flat screen TV, plenty of seating and what could be the crown jewel of this property, the pool. This beautiful newly renovated pool/spa area boasts a massive swim up ledge, an overflow spa, plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing and lots of space to splash around. Enjoy use of the private BBQ grill under the covered seating area with room for the whole family!
We didnât spare any expense on luxury for the amenities, why should the sleeping arrangements be any different? Head inside when the day ends for a good nightâs rest in one of 3 King Suites, 3 King Bedrooms or the large custom-built bunk room. On the first floor, 2 King Suites with Private Bathrooms, with the Master King Suite featuring double vanities and a large, jetted tub, shower and water closet. Up the grand staircase, guests will enjoy 3 additional King Bedrooms, 1 King Suite and the bunk room with 2 sets of custom-built Queen over Queen bunk beds with a seating area and flat screen TV.
From the front door to the crystal clear pool, we know that Southbound would be perfect for your next family getaway to celebrate a holiday, a birthday or to watch the big game. Enjoy all of the amenities that the gated community of Destiny East has to offer including tennis courts, a community pool and long walking/running trails throughout. This location has close access to the Destin Commons shopping center as well as Destinâs finest dining. Weâre looking forward to seeing you as you get a littleâŠSouthbound!

* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.

Beach Chair Service: From March 1-October 31, "Southbound" guests will receive 1 set of complimentary beach service through La Dolce Vita! These chairs can be located at the "Crab Trap" on Scenic Highway 98. For any additional chairs, the beach attendant can assist in reserving directly on site or you can call 866-651-1869 to reach LDV directly.
VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!
Low Speed Vehicle Rentals: Beach Reunion features a modern fleet of six passenger LSV's, all 2023 & 2024 models! Lithium Ion batteries with a 25+ mile run time on an overnight charge! Itâs as easy as âYes Pleaseâ and Weâll Charge the Card on File and Deliver by 1 PM on Check In Day! Reserve Today and Save!
Pool Heat â From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for $100/day or $700/week. (Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Must purchase pool heat for spa to be heated. The spa does not operate like a stand alone hot tub. The spa will only reach the same temperature as the pool, 86 Degrees Max. Outside of the dates spa cannot be heated.)
Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets. *Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.*

Beach Reunion has been managing vacation rentals on the Emerald Coast for over sixteen years. We specialize in large luxury beach homes sleeping 14 to 30 people. We are a boutique business with vacation rentals primarily along Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, Florida. We also have a coastal collection of smaller homes and a group of gulf front condos.
Our homes are located in Frangista Beach, Destiny East, Destiny West, Destiny by the Sea, Emerald Waters, Shipwatch, Crystal Beach and other prestigious neighborhoods. Many are Gulf Front homes directly on Scenic Gulf Dr.
Our collection of large homes feature beautiful swimming pools, summer kitchens, media rooms, custom bunk rooms and king suites with private bathrooms. Our guests come year after year for family reunions, golfing trips, weddings, and corporate groups. Our amenities include golf cart rentals, beach chair services as well as our concierge services for golf, dining and wedding planning.
In 2018, we entertained over 15,000 guests in our 40 properties and over 100 weddings. Many of our guests have been staying with us year after year for five to ten years and rent different homes in our program as we build, upgrade and add new properties.
Our goal is to provide superior service due to our limited geographical area and upscale properties. We strive not to be the biggest but the BEST! We deliver a vacation experience that keeps guests returning and creating memorable experiences. As our motto says;
