Beautiful and well appointed 1bd cabin, has a loft for a child. Close to Lake and restaurants yet very quiet. End of road surrounded by mature trees. An excellent value, hot tub, linens, towels paper. NOW offering horse trail riding.

This property was out of the way, which we loved. Easy to find and very quiet. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. My partner and I both had a wonderful stay.

Our second time staying here and absolutely love it! Perfect little getaway close to the lake and shops/restaurants. Cabin has everything you need to relax and unwind

The cabin was perfect and Beavers Bend was a lovely place to hike and take a kayak out for a bit.

Cute and cozy

Had a wonderful stay. Cute and cozy cabin tuck away but still close to everything. We did not even realize there was another room/loft so can bring grand kids next time. Enjoyed the hot tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the cabin was beautiful with cabin logs. The oustide was secluded, but very near Hochatown. It was perfect!

Relaxing weekend getaway

This was our second time at little bear. We love the remote location of the property and the peacefulness of the area. It’s very close to hochatown and beavers bend. We brought a fire stick to be able to watch movies at night. The tv has about only local channels so if you want your Netflix or Hulu bring something like that. I would stay here again anytime

With the roof being metal and the wind blowing had acorns hitting the roof throughout the day and night which made for a fitful night and not resting well. Also was quite a lot dust on the ceiling fans in the air conditioner and cobwebs in, on and around the outside of the cabin.

Loved Lil Bear Cabin

Loved, Loved, loved this cabin. It was as pictured. Very cozy cabin. Great location close to all the happenings in Hochatown by not in a crowded area. Cabins are around but not close enough to feel like they are on top of you. Hot tub works good, only disappointment was I like my temp 102-103 and the max was 100. But still relaxing. I need a trip to decompress after several stressful months and this hit the nail on head. would definitely return.

Nice, comfy cabin

My sister and I stayed for a short getway. The cabin is comfortable and clean. I stayed in the loft bed which was very comfortable, and my sister raved about how comfortable the mattress in the bedroom was. We cooked most of our meals, and the kitchen has necessary supplies, but it could have more dishes and better quality cookware and utensils. It was a little inconvenient for cooking, but we were still able to cook everything we wanted. The hottub was great and clean. We enjoyed the firepit and the porch. It was also super convenient to have the charcoal grill as well for cooking. Overall, it is an amazing property and I highly recommend!
