This luxury oceanfront home is awaiting you! Awesome ocean views and beautifully decorated with shades of ocean blue and bright yellow like the sun! The HOA offers trolley service from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Ground Level: Has a cozy den/rec room with 2 TV's, comfortable seating and a poker/game table for family fun.

Mid Level: Enter into a beautiful foyer, a den w/TV and deck access. This level also offers a Queen/Bunk Bed room, a Full Bedroom, 2 full baths, A Master King room w/a vintage tub/shower for soaking after a long day at the beach, TV, access to deck and Hot Tub. The laundry room rounds out this area.

Top Level: Features a spacious, open great room with gorgeous ocean views, and furnishings, large TV, gas fireplace. The high-end kitchen offers top of the line appliances, 2 dishwashers, a gas stove, granite countertops, beverage drawer, wine cooler, plenty of seating and fully equipped. You and your family will enjoy the large deck w/lots of comfortable deck furniture for lounging and listening to the sounds of the ocean, watching beautiful sunrises and more.The top level also offers another beautiful King Master oceanfront bedroom w/fireplace and a walk-in shower. Rounding out this level is a half bath.

Amenities: Hot Tub, 2 Gas Fireplaces, Wireless Internet, Multiple TVs, 2 Dishwashers, Beverage Drawer, Wine Cooler, Poker/Game Table, 2 Enclosed Outside Showers, Elevator. Beach Access: Shared Walkway to the Beach.

the gathering places in this home are large and accommodating. Wonderful for gathering in the evening after a day on the beach. Very convenient to public walkway to beach.

Beautiful home with million dollar views! There was an abundance of things to do! We have 5 kids, 5th grade to college and there was something for everyone! Cozy& comfortable too! Can’t beat it!

Local Management Leaves Much to be Desired

Stayed in this home last year and loved it because it felt like a friend was lending us their place; this year the number of large and small maintenance issues detracted from an otherwise lovely location. Given that the local maintenance team did not provide notice or bother to appear when a crew and crane showed up one morning to install a very expensive new refrigerator, I am not sure who they are serving. As guests, we weren't told the minimum (fridge doesn't work; replacement arrives X day; we will provide supervision of crew), just pressured to allow the work to proceed. The house itself is very comfortable and the location is gorgeous!

Awesome house!! Loved all the high end amenities in the well equipped kitchen. Beautiful deck views and loved the nice comfy cushions. The elevator was great for helping with luggage. I was so surprised by the lovely gift basket- what a nice touch. I honestly can’t think of one negative thing in this lovely oceanfront home. It was perfect for our family vacation!!!! 5 stars!!!

Corolla Light is a beautiful neighborhood and our house was really nice.

My husband and I spent a week in September with our family and we had a great time. The house has everything you could ever want. I had trouble getting answers about parking. It seemed as though a computer was answering my questions. The place was very clean except there was black mold in the master bathroom shower. Other than that everything was perfect and we would stay there again.

Beautiful vacation property, generously stocked with all that is needed to enjoy a beach vacation. Location in Corolla Light resort added amenities that were enjoyed by our adult children - like sports-related activities and a pool bar! 4th fireworks were enjoyed from our front porch!

You are in for a treat at this beautiful and well-appointed home: everything is luxurious and comfortable. Its proximity and beautiful view from nearly every room are a treat, as are the magazine-like furnishings and decorations. We also appreciated the host's gift basket with yummy treats!

Another great vacation

This was our 3rd year staying at this wonderful property and we highly recommend this beautiful home with well appointed living and great views. The outside cleaning wasn’t very well done this year and there were tons of spider webs and nails in the decking that need repair. Otherwise wonderful as usual.

Beautiful Home

This home has it all! Easy walking distance to shops and dining. Anything you need to prepare a meal or sit on the beach is there plus sports equipment. And that beach just a few steps away! Wow!

Great spot in OBX

Loved this place! On the water with amazing views. Our group of seven had a great time, despite some rainy days. If you’re cooking, this is the place for you - six burner gas cooktop, warming drawer below the oven and wine fridge. We would definitely stay there again.

Sunrise from the dining room

We visited during brutally cold January, but we didn't miss a single sunrise due to the amazing ocean front views from this house. The fireplaces also got quite the workout during our stay! Warm and relaxing. We didn't eat any meals out due to the pandemic, but the kitchen is as well equipped as it is spacious. (I want that pantry in my house!) Multiple grocery stores are a short drive away. Was nice being near the lighthouse as well. My parents owned this house back when it was Corolla Knight and our family made plenty of memories then. It was wonderful to return and bring new friends and family and make new memories. And seeing the Knight just inside the ground floor door was a delightful surprise!!

Great Stay

Wonderful vacation, the place is fantastic. Would've liked to use the fireplace and fire pits, shown in the property description, but the rest of the place is terrific.
