Its independent and spacious kitchen, with a central island, has all the comfort and necessary equipment (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, citrus press, coffee maker and toaster) so that your stay is like "at home".
The dining room opens onto the terrace, you can share your meals inside or outside as you wish.
Two living rooms welcome you for moments of relaxation or for an aperitif with family. A baby bed, a high chair and a baby bath will be available for families coming with the little ones.
The garden, and its terrace, facing South/West, bucolic, without overlooking neighbours, are two additional assets to succumb to the charm of this house.
Just 2 km to reach the Kermabec beach, a large expanse of white sands: magnificent environment, preserved natural spaces, dunes, pond, house of the Audierne bay.
