We had a fantastic time staying here, Steven was extremely accommodating regarding check-in and the studio is very clean, with a great vibe. I would absolutely consider this place a top tier stay and would love to come back.

Nice weekend getaway

We stayed here for a wedding we were attending nearby. The room was simple but very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great - convenient to downtown Hudson.

Cute Apartment in Quiet Area!

Really liked staying at Steven’s place! The hot tub was a great touch. Stayed in Unit 1 - it’s small but perfect for what we needed it for!

Great location

Close to town and to many trails. Clean, thoughtful accomodations. We'd love to go back and see everything in all the different seasons.

Room was fine, nice view over some hills. At check-in I was handed a phone by a non English speaking person with the property owner on the other end. This is a multi unit property with some longer term tenants as well, it seems.

Didn't realize how small it would be. Didn't know what unit number was ours. Had a hard time using tv.. don't do Dish and reg remote wasn't easy to figure out. Door didn't lock from inside. Set AC at 73, fan ran all nite, but temp didn't drop.

As soon as we pulled into the drive way my truck blew its water pump. Steven the owner of the property was amazing took my husband 3 times to town to get what he need to fix my truck. Room was very clean, quiet, we had a wonderful vacation inspite of my truck, because the owners were so kind, generous people.

This property is clean and safe. It is not for those that want sleep- at least not in Room 1. The folks upstairs talked, giggled, moved furniture? Talked , laughed and even kids were up late- little kids talking and playing until 11:30 pm. I had an early morning and told the host this too. I think upstairs was the family. It was annoying and I was exhausted today. I won’t be back. With my two little dogs/ grass was not cut ( granted it’s early) and I always clean up after my dogs. It is pet friendly.

Sorry the guests upstairs made noise. I have a quiet time policy from 10 pm to 8 am. If I am informed that there is noise, I do enforce the policy, but I do need to be informed. Grass is cut, we were just catching uo with that as the spring weather has sprung. Thanks for your visit. Steven

The heat source was unusual, portable electric fireplace, thankfully it wasn't cold in April. The room is a suite that fit's as a studio.

We were not aware of any air conditioner not working but will investigate and replace it if it is a problem. We are also in the process of converting to heat pumps which will conserve energy and they are vert quiet. Thanks for your visit and sorry for any inconvenience. Steven

The unit was small but clean and had everything we needed. We only stayed overnight after a long day of travel, but it was spacious enough to have stayed longer to explore near by. The bed was very comfortable which allowed us to get a good nights rest for our next day of long travel.
