Welcome to the Peachwood Guest House! Relax and unwind at this lovely home situated in a clean, quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer.

This single family home features two covered front porches and a cozy fenced side patio to enjoy the picturesque neighborhood setting.

This was a great house for our girls weekend. We thought it was closer to downtown but wasn’t too far. Owner was easy to communicate with. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Comfortable home—Great host!

Three friend came to Bentonville to see Crystal Bridges. The museum did not disappoint, and neither did this lovely home. Many thanks to our host, Matt, for addressing all of our concerns quickly. We will stay here again.

My nephews and I stayed here for a few days for bike fest. The house met all of our expectations. Everything in the house functioned as it should. We would stay here again in the future.

Perfect central Bentonville location

This clean, quiet, and centrally located house was perfect for the four of us to explore northwest Arkansas for eight days. It was easy to cook simple meals and play cards at night. Communication with the host was quick and seamless. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay!

This was the cutest rental! Located in the friendliest neighborhood, this rental provided the best stay for my SIL’s bachelorette trip. The house was spotless, decorated so perfect, and even had live plants! We travel to NWA several times a year, and will definitely save this property for next trip!

We came to Bentonville to ride the Mountain Bike trails. The house was fantastic and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The host was very communicative and helpful at every turn. This is a must stay for a VRBO

Clean and lots of natural light

We really loved staying here! There are lots of windows in the house, plenty of parking, home is very clean. The hosts left a nice book of instructions and things to do in the area. Check in and check out was very easy. Everything was just right! We plan to stay again!

Arkansas vs Texas

We came up for the weekend for the Razorback game, and the house was exactly what we needed. It was perfect for the four of us that were staying. It was clean, in a good location, and the shared balcony upstairs was the cherry on top.

Great home and neighborhood!

This property exceeded our expectations on every level! The furnishings were top notch and the whole residence was extremely clean. The use of the garage was an unexpected bonus. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

Lovely house for friends

We thoroughly enjoyed staying on Peachwood. Very nicely appointed in all areas. Loved the access to outside, upper and lower front porches and small patio. Linens and dishware plentiful and cute. Mattresses comfortable and wifi strong.
