Stay was great. Nice full time residents.Apartment could use some TLC. Screens need repair, seals around sliding doors need attention.Water from the truck that comes to Punta Allen would be easier than having to find your own water and carry without a car.There are no mixing bowls if you want to cook.Just a thought from prior house/condo rentals. Usually there are a few staples in cupboards of rentals like salt, pepper, oil, spices etc. There is nothing in cupboard upon arrival.A few cleaning supplies like toilet cleaner, bathroom cleaner, soap for floors, etc so we can do our own cleaning in the 29 days.No washclothes, we purchased our own.Some instructions on how to operate things like the TV. Information for the area or anything, there is nothing in the condo this would be helpful. The ad says 10 minutes to beach, we did not find a beach 10 minutes away.Overall the condo was perfect for a quiet getaway.

Great Stay

The check in process is pretty easy. If you choose to stay here, the first things I figured out were Walmart Deliveries were perfect and a short distant walk to the beach. Theres a 7-11 and OXXO down the street with multiple little eateries and Ice Cream Shop which We came to Love. The Condo itself is great for no more than 4 people If you don't like a crowded space. The HOT/ warm water for showers runs out very quickly, just long enough for a quick hairwash, body scrubbing and half a leg shave. Don't let it run before stepping in. And put the cool water strait up to the first handle on knob until it fully strait up. This will slighly allow a little extra time in shower with warm water. The couch is a little small but suits the decor. The cleaning supplies are not available for you to use so you must buy your own. Broom, mops and buckets are avilable. Washer and Dryer work well. Dishwasher cleans the dishes okay but recommend that you heavily rinse and get all debris off before putting in dish washer. Kitchen Hand Towel- only one available. The out door space was perfect, very breezy on patio as the veach is close by. The pool is very nice, clean area and just loved the set up.

Very nice place, quite and ckean

Staying 5 weeks there and enjoyed a lot. Very quite, comfortable and just 5km away from the party zone downtown Playa del Carmen. A scooter or car is recommended. Apartment was fully equipped and clean. Communication with the manager was perfect.

Schönes Apartment mit kleinen Schwächen

Grundsätzlich ist die Anlage in einem guten Zustand. Als Nachbarn gab es US-Amerikaner und Kanadier. Netter Kontakt. Den Pool hatten wir für uns allein. Die Wohnung selbst ist schön geschnitten. Von den 3 abgebildeten Fernsehern ist nur einer wirklich Fernseher, die anderen sind gar nicht angeschlossen und könne lediglich als Monitor dienen. Der Wasserdruck der Duschen ist sehr, sehr schwach und auf warmes Wasser wartet man minutenlang. Man hat einen eigenen Stellplatz vor der Tür und das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Das Gesamtareal- nicht Grundstück- ist an den Einfahrten beschrankt und überwacht. Wir fühlten uns hier sicher. Die Fotos auf der Website spiegeln den wirklichen Zustand. Zusätzlich zur gezeigten Terrasse gibt es noch zwei Balkone zur anderen Seite.

This property is very nice and is located in a very convenient area, it’s beautiful from the inside and outside, very quite place enough to have a very rewarded rest, next time going back to Playa del Carmen this will be my first option.
