Restaurants are so close by, but if you feel like cooking in, you'll love the gas grill and well-equipped kitchen. For those who love the beaches year around, take advantage of the newly decorated porch with fabulous all-weather blinds making for a perfect setting during the shoulder and off-season! Family fun in Dewey Beach includes skim boarding, bonfires, movie nights on the beach, and the exciting amusements at the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. Families can access the boardwalk and downtown Rehoboth without moving their car by walking or riding the Jolly Trolley, which picks up one block away. Dewey Beach is known as the walking resort for a reason. Everything is within walking distance: the beach and bay, the abundant fine restaurants, boating and water sports, and fabulous entertainment venues. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO. The Guest signing the agreement must be 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals, (a group rental,) ALL Guests occupying the property must be 25 years of age. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
