The Entrance, quite wide (with cupboard) allows access to a bright living room/kitchen with high cathedral-type ceilings opening onto a south-east balcony with a direct view of the ski slopes. Living room with sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV (TNT and ORANGE channels). WIRELESS. End of stay cleaning included.
The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, microwave grill, filter and capsule coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets, pierrade and dishwasher.
One of the 2 bedrooms is on the ground floor (1 160 cm bed) with window and large storage cupboard. The other bedroom (with 1 140 cm bed + 2 90 cm bunk beds) is upstairs â also on mezzanine 1 BZ 140 sofa allows additional sleeping for 2 people â Baby bed.
Japanese staircase (not offset) to access the first floor (Mezzanine in the lower part of 1.80m).
The bathroom with walk-in shower and sink is spacious - the 2 toilets, one with hand basin, are independent, on each floor.
Washing machine/dryer in laundry area.
The balcony terrace equipped with garden furniture allows you to enjoy a lovely view of L'Adret and the mountains and enjoy the rays of the sun. On the ground floor of the residence you will find the ski locker and shoe locker with washer-dryer.
Parking at the foot of the residence.
