Superb 70mÂČ duplex apartment for 6 people featuring a living room opening onto a south-facing terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Chay Beach, and the Cordouan lighthouse. It features a sofa bed for 2, a sideboard, and a color TV. A dining area with a round table and Starck-style chairs. An open-plan kitchen with a 4-burner hob, a range hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a sink with a draining board, a dishwasher, and a bathroom with a shower and sink, as well as an adjoining toilet.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with two 80cm beds (which can be joined or separated) and the other with a 160cm bed, both with built-in wardrobes and linens, opening onto an east-facing balcony. A bathroom with a sink, bathtub, closet, a separate toilet, and a washing machine.
