This brand new 85 mÂČ apartment is ideally located in the heart of the Vosges Mountains. Just 3 km from the downhill and Nordic ski slopes, you can even set off from the apartment on snowshoes. In summer, mountain biking, cross-country, downhill, and hiking trails are just a stone's throw away. Ideal for nature lovers, walks, swimming, local produce, and more.
This warm apartment with a wood interior will ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Private parking and garage. Outdoor space. The first-floor apartment comprises:
2 bedrooms, one with a 160x200 cm double bed and one with two bunk beds (90x190 cm mattresses), as well as two 90x190 cm beds, including one trundle bed.
A living room with two sofa beds (90x190 cm), a flat-screen smart TV, and Wi-Fi access. It opens onto a dining room with a table that can seat up to 8 people. Fitted and equipped kitchen: 3 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator and freezer compartment, kettle, coffee maker (filter and Senseo pods), toaster. Kitchen essentials. Kitchen island with stools. Raclette and fondue sets.
Bathroom with a beautiful 80x120 shower. Separate toilet. Utilities not included (meter readings upon arrival and departure). Storage room in the basement for skis and bikes. Oil heating included.
Shared grounds with garden furniture and private barbecue. (Deckchairs, parasol)
