Guest WC. Fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso. Scullery with washing machine and dryer.

1 bedroom with Queen size bed (160 cm) air conditioning, bathroom with shower, bath and WC. Exterior access to swimming pool.

Upstairs :
1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm), television, shower room with shower and WC. Access to terrace with pool and garden view.

1 apartment/bedroom (possibility of private access) with air conditioning: kitchenette (oven, induction hob, fridge).
Living room with TV (TNT), sofa bed (140 cm). Mezzanine with King size bed (180 cm). Shower room with shower and WC. Access to terrace. Fiber optic internet in the villa.

Please, note that a security deposit in case of damage will be requested directly by your agency before your arrival as well as a specific rental insurance and the tourist tax.
