Between Angers and Saumur, book this accommodation in Maine-et-Loire, completely renovated in 2021, with all comfort, with a cozy, refined and contemporary atmosphere.
The cottage consists of a 25 mÂČ living room with fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area, a living room with two benches and television. A large bay window gives access to your private terrace with garden furniture, electric plancha, sun loungers and parasol.
Upstairs awaits you a 9mÂČ bedroom with a 140x190cm bed, an adjoining bathroom with large shower and vanity unit. The toilets are also accessible from the bedroom but separate from the bathroom. Pack your bags and enjoy your stay without delay: beds made, bathroom linen available, end-of-stay cleaning included.
Private parking for one vehicle in front of the gĂźte. No bike shelters available.

This seasonal rental is ideal for a couple's stay with beautiful excursions planned: the banks of the Loire are only 1km from the gĂźte allowing you to go for walks, by bike (Loire Ă VĂ©lo circuit 2km away) or by boat thanks to cruises departing from Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire. Visit the picturesque little villages on the banks of the Loire such as St Mathurin-sur-Loire, La Bohalle, Le Thoureil, Les Rosiers sur Loire... A little further away is the town of Angers, 30 minutes by car or 15 minutes by train. Saumur is also 30 minutes by car and 20 minutes by train.
2km away, the village of Saint Mathurin offers many amenities: restaurants, bars, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, bank, hairdresser...
Also to do nearby: visit the Loire castles (Angers, Saumur, Montsoreau, Brézé, Brissac-Quincé, Serrant), Doué la Fontaine and the famous Bioparc, the villages, dwellings and troglodyte cellars. In season, soak up the "guinguette" atmosphere at the water's edge for beautiful and gentle Angevin evenings.
