This charming 50 square meters apartment with balcony is located on the 1st floor with elevator and can accommodate 6 people.
It is ideally located 8 minutes walk from the ski area and 15 minutes from the village center and the Chamois cable car. You will love its location which gives you the opportunity to enjoy the mountain and all its activities!

## Logement
This is a cosy, well-equipped apartment. It comprises a main studio on the 1st floor that can accommodate 4 people with a double bed and a bunk bed, and a separate small bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and bathroom. This is an ideal configuration for groups or families looking for a little privacy!

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Coffee machine, Microwave, Oven, Iron. Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.
-> For your information, the television in the downstairs bedroom is not connected to cable (DVD player only).


You'll also have access to a balcony, which will be much appreciated on sunny days!
Professional housekeeping is provided before and after each guest's arrival.

The Megève ski area is an 8-minute walk away. Here you can enjoy mountain activities in winter and summer: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski mountaineering, via ferrata, golf, paragliding...; and 8 minutes by car from the Palais de Megève, which offers a multitude of activities: swimming pools, balneotherapy, ice rink, fitness sports...

During your stay, you can also discover other wonders of the region, including the Cascade de la Belle aux Bois (10 minutes by car), the Jardins de la Mottaz (5 minutes), the Church of Saint Jean-Baptiste (5 minutes), the Tourist Office (4 minutes), and much more...

Bars, restaurants and shops are nearby. For your shopping needs, Carrefour Montagne is a 6-minute drive away.
