Great Beach Location

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable and fun. It was very accessible to the beach. The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. The cleanliness of the condo could be improved, but overall it was a great trip.

Baseball Tournament / Vacation

Condo is ok for 4 ppl but not for 6. Pull out bed is nice but I need mention some cons; kitchen was kind of small, I will move the AC vent, it's in the middle of the stove and if you are cooking, the cool air hit your head and me personally, I dont like that. Shower was not clean, found sand in the bath tub and we had to buy toilet paper because there were none, only one trash bag instead of two. Pros; Location very convenience for us, 5 minutes drive to Grand Park baseball complex and The Common Market. Indoor pool was really clean, beach is only steps away.

Better than Expected!!

The unit itself was Excellent! Very well stocked, Super clean & The most comfortable beds and pillows we have ever slept on! Very nicely decorated & well maintained. Pictures of unit are actually dated compared to how nice it truly is. As for Holiday Sands, you get what you pay for & the company of people also. I quite honestly almost had a panic attack when we pulled up. Pictures of condo actually appear nicer online. Pools are very small and not very clean. Holiday Hotel residents are a little rough around the edges but everyone was super nice! All things considered and the price that we paid we were happy all in all. Unit was very quiet, we enjoyed the parking garage. Elevators were nice. Property manager was attentive. Condo staff were friendly. We loved having washer/dryer combo in house! Will be looking to book with vitamin sea properties in the future!

Exceeded our expectations!

We have stayed at many rental properties so we know what people do and don't do to care for their guests. It is apparent that the owners truly care. Some of the amenities not mentioned on the website: starter Keurig cups and creamer, spices, salt and pepper, Ziploc bags and foil for leftovers, water purifier pitcher, starter laundry soap, dryer sheets, plenty of towels, quality soaps and shampoo/conditioner. The sheets, bedspreads and sheets are quality materials and felt new, not worn out. Our departing flight was canceled and no flights were available till late the next day. Todd was so kind and worked out for us to stay another night. It was late when we were notified but he said it was OK to call him when we were able to confirm new flights. The extra night made us calm about the delay. We traveled in Oct so there werent a lot of people in the pool area or beaches so we enjoyed the jacuzzi and lazy river and walks on the beach. Markets and eateries close to the condo. I would highly recommend this place to stay off you want cleanliness, comfort and care in to of excellent accommodations.

Clean and Cozy

Good, comfortable condo. Kitchen was useful as we ate both breakfast and lunch within the room so we could maximize beach time. Beach access was super easy. It was great going for morning 5k runs on the beach each day Location is a little bit off the main drag so driving is needed in most cases. There is a lobby which sells Starbucks coffee in the building just North of this location so that was helpful to help start the day. Glad we found this spot.

Great beach stay

We enjoyed our family vacation stay at this condo. Great location right on the beach. Well stocked with everything you need for a family stay. Clean and quiet, garage in the same building. Checking in was smooth and instructions were very detailed. Our kids enjoyed indoor and outdoor swimming pools too. The only annoyance was the weed smell 9 out of 10 times when we wanted to sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean view, but of course it is difficult to enforce when people decide to break the no smoking rule. Overall, this is our first vacation to Myrtle Beach and we would definitely stay at this condo again. Thank you

Great weekend getaway

What a great property. Our first time at Myrtle Beach. The beach was only steps away with convenient beach access. The unit was super clean and fully stocked with our basic necessities. Property managers were quick to respond to any inquiries (great communication)… check in staff at the condo unit was meh but, the that’s not the property managers fault, would love to stay again.

Absolutely loved!

This is by far the best experience I have had with booking a room. The condo was spacious and so clean. I could tell they wanted you to feel at home away from home and we did. There was family games and beach items for the kids. My daughter had enough room to crawl and explore which was a plus for me. I would recommend to anyone. Says it sleeps 6 but there was enough room for at least 8 in my opinion.

Worth the price

Overall, we had a very good stay. There were a few small things that we had issues with, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. The lamp in the living room was broken, the remote for the tv in the living room was missing, so we couldn't use it. The oven didn't work and the outdoor pool was closed. Other than that, everything else was as described and we enjoyed our stay.

Considerate Accommodations

Most of my experience with rental properties is as an owner rather than visitor. I'm, therefore, pretty critical of rental properties. This property did not disappoint at all. To say that it was well stocked would be an understatement. From kitchen needs to games, everything you might want was there. We truly appreciated the care that was put into making sure guests' needs were met.

The pictures were exactly what we got. The unit is updated and clean. The building itself is a bit older. The area was quiet and seemed safe. We felt we needed a car as we were not too close to attractions. Todd was helpful and quick to respond.

Surfside Condo

Very clean and well appointed. Only downside is rather limited and uncomfortable seating in living area. Probably not a big deal when the weather is warmer (this was early March) and it's comfortable on the balcony.
