Welcome to our home!
This charming 80 m2 flat is located 150 metres from the Beaubourg Museum, 2 minutes walk from the quays of the Seine and the HĂŽtel de Ville, and 13 minutes walk from Notre Dame Cathedral.
This lovely apartment has a big terrace and two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, the other one with a double bed which is fitted with hotel quality linens. This apartment also has a living room with a sofa, TV, a dining area, and old tomettes floors. Il donne sur un balcon avec table et chaises afin de profiter pleinement des journées ensoleillées. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs so you can make the most of sunny days.
The kitchen is equipped with a toaster, stove, oven, coffee maker, kettle and fridge to easily prepare a tasty home-cooked meal. The cooking utensils and kitchenware are provided for your use as well!
They have two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience.

NOTE: There is no elevator in this building.
Guests will have access to the entire home, which is located on the 4th floor without a lift.

The apartment is located in the neighborhood of Le Marais/Beaubourg.
Close to all shops and places of interest:
- Department stores: BHV, Eataly, Forum de Halles, Samaritaine ...
- Museums : Picasso, Carnavalet, Centre Pompidou, Bourse de Commerce Pinault Collection ...
- Monuments : NOTRE DAME and LA SEINE (15min walk), LE LOUVRE (18min walk) ...
Many bars, restaurants, shops are within reach.
Charles de Gaulle airport is 50 mins away from the property. You may go around the city by métro or bus which is easily accessible and convenient.
This is a self-check-in property, you will have to go to a store located 6 minutes away by foot from the apartment to pick the key up. More information on how this will work out will be provided before your stay.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ300 smoking fee, at minimum.
The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and itâs not allowed to light a fire.
Please respect the quite hours between 10 pm and 8am.
