Just steps away from favorite coffee shops, restaurants, parks, and everything else that Downtown JC has to offer, this space is perfect for those who want to immerse themselves in the vibrant local culture. The loft itself is a gem, featuring beautifully functional details that enhance your stay.

Being close to the action means you can expect a livelier atmosphere than the average suburban home. If that’s a dealbreaker for you, no worries! We personally love the energy and are excited to share it with those who feel the same way. With huge windows that fill the space with gorgeous light, especially in the afternoon, our loft creates a warm and inviting environment. The second bedroom is perfect for a dark and cozy nap any time of day.

Guest Access:
Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC offers free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment doesn't come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve, but our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city.

The Neighborhood:
Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it!

PET INFORMATION:
While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines. We allow two (2) pets, excluding cats, in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.
