2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms / Two Blocks from the Waterfront

Welcome to our Starfish Cottage! Starfish Cottage is newly renovated and has two bedrooms and can accommodate five people – One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the Master bedroom has a queen bed and in suite bathroom. There are 2 full baths (showers, no tubs). The front porch has a swing, chairs and a great view of the historic Beaufort Courthouse Square. There is a separate living room, a separate dining room, a full stocked kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, central heat/ac, WIFI, extended cable, phone, cruiser bikes and helmets, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler, and a four burner propane grill. Coffee, paper products, and soaps (laundry and dishwasher detergents, and soaps) are included for short stays. The Starfish Cottage includes one parking spot. We are pet friendly, and 1 “well behaved” dog can accompany you with the payment of a non-refundable pet fee. NO SMOKING.

Cute and charming house that gave a cozy coastal cottage feel.The owner was very responsive about a question we had when we first got there. We loved how close it was to be able to walk to the Beaufort waterfront for dinner and shopping! Definitely would stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We love Beaufort

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the porch swing and rocking chairs. We only stayed 2 days but next time may be longer.

The Starfish cottage is in a wonderful location, so nice to be able to walk to the main street of town! Everything in the house is so clean and it is definitely well equipped. Lots of extra towels, plenty of kitchen utensils, large areas to relax with plenty of seatigseating

A beautiful property in a perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Starfish Cottage. The property is spacious and comfortable and in the heart of Beaufort. There is a craft market each Saturday during the summer months and we just had to cross the street to enjoy it all!

Great getaway!

Starfish was a clean, comfortable cottage, with all the necessary amenities. Convenient location, within walking distance of the Beaufort waterfront. Easy drive to beaches and other activities. We had a great time!

Super clean & Excellent Location!

This is a beautiful, historic home with well-done upgrades! It was extremely clean, beds were awesome, and the location is great for walking to all of downtown Beaufort! Being pet-friendly was also important for us. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful weekend

We loved our stay in Beaufort. The cottage was fabulous and one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. We walked everywhere! We loved visiting the farms market across the street. We cannot wait to go back.

Love the location

I have stayed in this cottage twice. It is very clean. I love the location. You can walk to shops and restaurants. Farmer's market is on Saturday's from 8:30-1pm and it is right across the street.

Beautiful Beaufort

Beaufort is a great place to spend a few days and our rental at "Starfish" gave us a way to explore and enjoy the area. The home is part of a four-unit "complex" located on a busy main road into the heart of the town. Road noise and traffic during the day was very noticeable but no issues for sleeping. "Starfish" is directly across from the county courthouse so we got to watch a wedding "on the grounds" and walk across the street to the farmer's market on Saturday. The house was clean and had the essentials for the trip. The front porch rockers and swing allow you ample space to set back, wave hello to the many walkers passing by, and the good spot for an afternoon nap.

Charming Cottage

The cottage was perfect for us. We were in town for a short stay to meet family. The property owner was very prompt in responding to a couple of questions I had. The cottage was comfortable for the 4 of us, and it is located within walking distance of the waterfront. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with our coffee in the morning. As was noted in the description of the property, there is only 1 parking space, so our other vehicle parked across the street in the Courthouse lot. It was not a problem at all. The kitchen had everything needed for us to prepare breakfast. We would stay here again when we come to Beaufort.

First Time In Beaufort

We loved our visit to Beaufort and Morehead City. The cottage worked out great. The cottage was very clean but it had an unusual smell. It wasn’t a terrible smell, just not a fresh smell. My email information didn’t tell me how to access the cottage so I had to call the manager. The manager wasn’t very friendly. I was made to feel like I was bothering her and I should have know where to obtain the key.
