Spend the day at Gulfstream Manor luxuriating in the Florida sun on a golden-sand beach with gentle waves tickling your toes. Explore it at your leisure during a beachfront stay at Gulfstream Manor, this boutique resort provides you and your family with an intimate and personalized experience with a staff committed to your needs.

Approximately 800 square feet, this One-Bedtoom suite features 1 Queen Bed, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. Maximum of 4 occupants.

Additional amenities include: internet access, cable television, DVD player, coffee maker, ice maker, blender, hairdryer, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, microwave, oven, refrigerator, stove/range, and iron/ironing board.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Cash is not accepted. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Gulfstream Manor are Palm Beach International (PBI) and Ft. Lauderdale International (FLL) which are 16 and 37 miles by car respectively. Reminder for late check-in procedures: Contact the resort during business hours to receive the lock box code.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday-Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Saturday to respond to your requests. For here at Gulfstream Manor, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

Beautiful property and excellent location

Everyone at this resort was fantastic. They were all very helpful and so pleasant during our entire trip. The room was beautiful We got an end unit that overlooked the ocean with a fantastic patio area. The unit is clean and spacious. The pull out bed in the living area was very comfortable for a pull out! The queen bed in the bedroom was fine. We had 2 adults and a toddler in the room. I would say you could do two small children with two adults and still be comfortable. The pool area is a lot of fun. The beach is clean and right on the property. That is hard to find in this area and one of the main reasons we wanted to stay here. One note is that there are no life guards on this area of the beach but we don't go out far so it wasn't a problem for us. Christian was very prompt in answering questions and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property.
