Well-appointed and fully equipped, you'll have all the comforts you need in this accommodation. It's ideally located close to the chairlift and ski rentals; shops and bars are also nearby.

## Logement
Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, the studio has a living area with sofa bed and several storage units, a functional kitchen equipped with a dining area and a clean bathroom. It also has a BALCONY where you can enjoy an exceptional view of nature.
Household linen is not included but can be rented. The Conciergerie des Stations will contact you by SMS before your stay to propose it to you.
The arrival is scheduled at 5 PM, but can be advanced depending on availability upon request by SMS to the Concierge.
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.
A ski rental store and a supermarket, Le Petit Casino, are only a 7 minute drive from the apartment!
During your stay, don't miss to visit: the Saint-Nicolas Church of Combloux, the Tourist Office are both at 5 min by car, the ChĂąteau des Rubins - Observatoire des Alpes 12 min, the Rond-point de la Princesse at 7 min, the Croix des Salles (at 19 min by car) and many more. In the summer, don't miss the Biotope lake for a swim while during the winter you will also have several ski resorts namely: Les Portes du Mont Blanc 6 min by car, the Cordon Ski Area - Ski Lifts 15 min away, the Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc Ski Area 24 min.
The area is very popular with locals and tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be happy to share my favorites with you!

Combloux has all the character of an authentic Haute-Savoie village nestled at the foot of the Mont Blanc massif.
Sublime chalets, renowned Savoyard restaurants only add to the many assets that the region offers. Combloux offers nature lovers an exceptional mountain area composed of forests, alpine chalets and charming high altitude restaurants with breathtaking panoramas of the Mont Blanc. In winter, beginners of all ages can enjoy the comfort of the vast, gentle slopes on skis or snowshoes, while experienced skiers will race down the slopes.
In the summer, the beautiful green spaces and water spots such as Lake Passy and the Biotope water plan are the perfect invitation to a good swim before heading to the sunny terraces of the village. And all year round, the Haute-Savoie agenda is punctuated by cultural and sporting events whose richness and diversity attract tourists of all ages from all over Europe and the world.
