As you walk through the front door of Island Point, you are immediately greeted by a wall of windows with breathtaking lake views. Island Point is located in a gated, golf-course community.

Island Point Lake House is located on Lake Lyndon B. Johnson (LBJ) in Kingsland, Texas, which is 45 miles northwest of Austin in the Texas Hill Country. Island Point is located in Clearwater Harbor, a gated residential neighborhood nestled in The Legends on Lake LBJ, a waterfront golf community. When entering The Legends on Lake LBJ, Clearwater Harbor is the second gated community approximately 0.4 miles on the right.

Lake LBJ stretches for 21 miles and is the largest constant level lake in Texas, attracting visitors from all corners of Texas and around the country.
