Det Àr ett stort ett sovrum, med vÀlutrustat kök, badrum och ett vackert friluftsrum med vÀlvt tak och takfönster. Efter en vacker solnedgÄng över Lake Michigan, kom tillbaka och snuggla med en bra bok bredvid spisen.

InifrÄn och ut Àr vÄr stuga den perfekta retrÀtten. InbÀddat mellan 100 fot höga norska gran tallar, Àr det bara ett kvarter till din egen privata "sjungande sandstrand" vid Lake Michigan. Union Pier strÀnder Àr de mjukaste och bredaste i SW Michigan! This is a great cottage. It was our second time staying there. The walk to the beach is short, the other neighbors have always been quiet and nice. It's a great location, close to the beach and in a very walkable and bikeable neighborhood.

Great location!

Husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It’s a cute little cottage, has everything you need. But the best part is the 5-10 minute walk to places like Tapa Taco and Black Currant Bakehouse. The beach has quite a few stairs down but the walk from the cottage is very reasonable and pleasant.

Very nice place

Spent a long weekend at this cottage and enjoyed it very much. Close to the beach and walking distance to a bakery and restaurants. Definitely recommend this property for a pleasant getaway.

Great little cottage close to beach

Cottage couldnt have been in a better location. We loved the beach, the neighborhood, the nearby restaurants and farm stands. We'd definitely return.

The cottage was perfect for my stay. I mostly just slept and showered there. I did make coffee and used a few cups. Since there was no dish soap, I used hand soap to wash the dishes. (not ideal in my opinion) There was a lot of noise in the cottage, waking me up several times. I know the large pine tree would drop pine cones, making a loud thud. Overall, it was an excellent location for my needs.

Great location!

East of Eden is a quaint cottage that is within 3-4 minute walk to the lake. Walkable you’re cafes and markets and the cottage itself is clean and comfy. Overall we had a great stay!

Perfect location!

This is a great property for a couple and very close to the beach. The owners are wonderful and the directions in and about the property are laid out clearly. We ate at the Red Arrow Roadhouse both nights and it was really great! So was Mario's Pizza!

Perfect Location

This cozy cottage was a short walk to a great coffee place, groceries and farmers' market. The short path to the beach and amazing sunsets was a lovely experience by itself, along a grove of towering spruce. The cottage is small but has everything you need. We recommend East of Eden Cottage.

Union Pier Beach Vacation

The cottage was just great. Very clean and the location was awesome - walking to the beach each morning. Teri was very helpful and kind. We loved the area - quiet and relaxing. We will definitely go back!!

The cottage is very cute. Check in instructions are very thorough and go through all the various aspects on how to use everything in the cottage. Easy walk to two public beaches and easy walk to multiple food and market options.

Summer Getaway

This the perfect property for a couple’s vacation at an affordable rate. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our dog. The location is perfect. It is close to everything and a block from the beach. The beaches are some of the prettiest in Michigan.

The Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at East of Eden. The home was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for an enjoyable weekend. We WILL be back!
