Your vacation home in Cabo! Cozy ground floor condo in the perfect location within the private, gated portion of Club La Costa Phase 2. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are within a one-block walk to the Plaza de Pescador mall and directly across from the public beach access.
The large terrace overlooks manicured gardens and three separate heated swimming pools, each with its own Jacuzzi. Fully furnished with everything you want and need . Enjoy your morning coffee from the patio, fix a quick snack and cocktail to take to the pool and after a nap enjoy a romantic evening in downtown San José.
This condo includes:

- Two (2) Fold Out Couches
- Hair dryer, curling irons;

We live in Michigan and often travel south to Florida during the cold winters. A few years ago, we decided to try Cabo and instantly fell in love with the area, the weather, the people and the fishing. In fact, we love Cabo so much we purchased this condo in its perfect location so we can also share with our friends and family. It will eventually help us transition to live full-time in Cabo when we retire. Our goal is for you to have a stress free vacation with the memories that will bring you back to stay again!

We purchased this condo with location and security in mind. You will find it easy to walk to everything to enjoy during your stay. The beach is across the street and many eateries, bars and shops are within a few blocks walk. The gated access provides peace of mind for your personal safety and security of your belongings.
