Centrally located in the heart of Estero, everything you need at close by. The home is about 1/2 mile to grocery stores, Super Walmart, minutes from shopping malls like Miromar Outlet and Coconut Point. Also the home is 17-20 minutes from the beach. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample amount of privacy during COVID.

The home is updated with tasteful decor and modern finishes. It is quite spacious and can accommodate up to 6 guests very comfortably

Some standouts for this home:

-The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large window looking out to the backyard allowing the Florida sunshine to pour in.
-The master bathroom is has a new soaker tub and modern walk in shower.
-The media room has a 70 inch plasma screen TV and a sound bar. Enjoy movie nights and never miss out on sports games.
-This rental features an added bonus room. Great for remote working/schooling with a desk. Also has a low table and cushions which for kids crafts and a game of cards.
-The home has a large backyard that is unfenced but very private. Has a small table and barbeque, for grilling on hot summer nights.

- There is a grill for guest use, but please plan on cleaning it from previous use. Meaning laying down new foil on the bottom, etc. We cannot clean the grill after each use, so kindly do not expect it.

- Other guests are allowed to come by and spend time in the home, but cannot sleep over. Please disclose the correct amount of people staying.

- If you are coming with a large RV, please do not park on the driveway as it will sink the pavers. Kindly park in the front lot on the grass.

Wonderfull house

I Loved this house the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. It is on a dead end street so there wasn’t a lot of traffic. We loved the fire pit and made s’mores. It was a wonderful trip. Definitely recommend this house. ❤️

Christmas Vacation

From an outward appearance the house seems fine. Inside the house has many issues, not the least which is a kitchen floor that is not level. The furniture could not be any cheaper. There were multiple maintenance issues which were resolved quickly and want to acknowledge the promptness. There is a lot of yard which was great for our dog. The neighborhood was okay, no sidewalks which made walking a bit more challenging. We really wanted to like the home and give a higher rating. However, the cheapness of everything inside the home significantly detracts from the home's rental value.

Needs a Little TLC

The house was very clean & nicely appointed. My only concerns were that some maintenance is required. The kitchen faucet sprayer head drops down 4” when you turn the faucet on, it needs to be fixed or replaced. The house has settled, so the floors tilt on an angle, which can cause you to lose your balance. Also, there are soft spots on the floor that felt like you’re going to fall through the floor. The gas grill didn’t work, so the food we brought to grill stayed in the freezer & we ended up going out to dinner. So light bulbs in the ceiling were burnt out. One major concern was that if you locked the door handle by accident when you went out, there was no key provided to get back in. I’d suggest having a binder with pertinent information in it so you wouldn’t need to look at the App or emails. Fix these issues & I’d rate it a 4.

Good Value Average Quality

Property was good value but average quality. Home was not as clean as expected at check in. Vinyl floors peeling is some rooms. AC broke for one night but was repaired next morning. Kitchen plates, pans, utensils of average quality at best. TVs were nice but they all had different cable access or I couldn’t figure out how to work them. Recommend instructions. Third bedroom had ceiling fan but could only be turned on if lights were turned on. A few electrical outlets did not work. Good value for the price but the quality of the property needs some attention.

Family spring break

I booked this for Spring Break with my three small children. The house is beautiful and nicely done. Very nice touches! We had a problem with water the first day we were there but the property manager was on top of it, got someone out as fast as they could and even gave us a credit. We will book there again.

Covid Rental

This year we rented for the first time because my parents, who live in the area and do have a pool, were not comfortable with all of us staying with them due to Covid. The house we found was a 10 min drive to where my parents live so the location was pretty good and It served its purpose because we did not need a pool. The house was cute and had everything we needed but the ceiling fans in the bedrooms did not work and the last night we saw two cockroaches.
