Lovely days and blissful, cool nights are guaranteed at the classically beautiful, 3,300-square-foot, sound view Lucky Catch. Located on Upwind Court's cul-de-sac, this Kinnakeet Shores Resort home offers a private and pristine outdoor setting with expansive, panoramic views of the sound and quick and easy access to the water. Lucky Catch includes great parking, a carport, a park grill, a basketball hoop, and a fish station. Head out back to your own personal waterpark featuring a large concrete pool, furnished sundecks, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and an upscale tropical bar with plenty of shade.

A side deck off the first floor is home to a six-person hot tub with numerous massaging jets for the ultimate in relaxation. The tiled entrance leads to pine-floored halls with wood wainscoting, as well as a game room with a full-size pool table, a ceiling fan, a 32-inch TV, deck access, and a wet bar with a mini-fridge, a sink, and a microwave.

The first bedroom has a 40-inch TV, and deck access; it shares a full bathroom with the game room. The second bedroom is a main bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed, a 32-inch TV, and a bathroom. On the second floor, the third bedroom features deck access, a 32-inch TV and a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom offers deck access, a 40-inch smart TV, and a full bathroom. The fifth bedroom features a deck access, a 32-inch TV, and a full bathroom. The sixth bedroom includes a 32-inch TV and a full bathroom. All of these bedrooms feature heart pine floors and ceiling fans.

On the third floor, you'll find pine floors, tall ceilings, dormer natural lighting, resort-style furnishings, a gas fireplace, and an entertainment center with a 42-inch smart TV, a DVD player, surround sound, and an upscale stereo. A wide furnished sundeck with sound views galore wraps around to the north and east. The upscale kitchen and dining area have tiled floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances that include two dishwashers. A furnished hallway leads to a south deck and a half-bath. The extra-large seventh bedroom features deck access, a 40-inch smart TV, and a custom full bathroom with slate flooring, a whirlpool tub, and a standalone shower with two showerheads. The private pool is open seasonally from  4/26/2025 and closes 10/12/2025. Dates are subject to change.
The pool will open seasonally from 04/01/2026 and close 10/10/2026. Dates are subject to change.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking, which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 7 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
