Enjoy refreshing cocktails on the furnished, covered deck equipped with two beach chairs, three chairs, and a high table, perfect for outdoor gatherings. Back inside, the open layout combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas; each one of them is well furnished, spacious, and comfortable. The living area offers guests two sofas, a ceiling fan, and a large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable. When dinnertime comes, the dining table can seat up to five guests and the small island offers two more spaces. The fully-equipped kitchen will have your back when it's time to feed your guests.

The main bedroom suite has a Jacuzzi and direct access to a deck with some of the most amazing views in the outer banks. This retreat's deck also offers its own private staircase directly down to the beach access. Community amenities include a sparkling outdoor pool and a private boardwalk to the beach. Things to know:
This condo is on the first level, up to two sets of stairs, at the Islander Condominiums.
You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.




Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
