SEIGNOSSE OCEAN - patio villa with terrace, in a wooded environment. The set is simple but functional. Residence LES PINS semi-detached villa for 4 people near the Bourdaines beach.
Entrance into Veranda (4x1.27) main living room/lounge/kitchen (5.61x3.66).
Kitchen area: fridge, gas cooker with 3 gas burners + 1 electric burner, oven, microwave and washing machine.
Shower room with WC (2.08X1.94): basin and corner shower.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to
a mezzanine with 2 sleeping spaces in a row: 2 single bunk beds (2.51x2.11) in the first airlock.
Adjoining the mezzanine Bedroom with cupboard and skylight (2.88x2.81): 1 double bed, view of living room and veranda. The 2 sleeping areas overlook the living room.
Outdoor terrace with garden table and chairs and electric plancha
Communal parking in the street. Space of pine forest in front of the villa with a tennis court in the middle.
Ideal for a family with autonomous children. Each has its own sleeping area. The beach on foot. The pine forest in front of the residence. Very pleasant terrace area. The set is simple. Out of season possibility of other days of arrival, contact us.
