Great place to relax get some fishing in and enjoy being by the water. There was plenty of room, in the condo, on the pier and along the beach area. Good location loved that it was within 30 minutes of Corpus Christi and Port Aransas. Close to great places to eat and the people are friendly. Look forward to our next visit!

Awesome getaway!

We went down to the coast to celebrate our anniversary and do some fishing. The house was great, clean, fantastic location and pet friendly. It was so much fun and the guys enjoyed fishing from the private pier. Caught a ton of fish Saturday night so it was a blast! Owner was easy to communicate with.

Great Property Just Snoopy

The property was great!! Right on the water and everything was right near the property. However, the property workers made sure they knew exactly what u were doing and who was visiting u at all times. U had no privacy.

Weekend fishing trip

Great location steps away from the water, multiple places to fish from including private pier. Very clean and it was nice to have a restroom in every room. The owner was very helpful and responded to all my questions timely.

Spring Break Getaway

The condo and surrounding area was great! We were able to use our boat and the little ones were able to play in the sand right outside our condo. The condo was very roomy with many small touches to make it like home. The only issue we had was with the listing of a hot tub on the premises. The hot tub was not a hot tub. The property manager informed us that it does not heat--it just bubbles. With spring break weather, we always plan to stay at a place with a swim area as well as a hot tub, so this was a very disappointing part of our trip. But now we know, and we thought the rest of the area was spectacular! We will definitely plan to stay again--maybe just not during our spring break getaway!

The property had great views of the bay. Very well stocked kitchen. We appreciated using the beach chairs. The property could use a little TLC/upkeep in some places.

Wonderful stay

We had a great time. Our 3 year old grandson had a great time in the pool. We loved fishing and relaxing. Loved sitting on the patio watching the sunrise. The owners and property manager were great. Kept us informed and were very helpful. Would recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Perfect setting

We had a great trip to Rockport and found this condo to be a perfect setting and home base. Plenty of room, comfy beds and a washer and dryer! Our grandkids loved fishing and we caught several interesting fish out on the peirs. We definitely plan to return!

Very Welcoming!

Hosts had little touches like condiments, paper towels, spices, games, beach towels, coffee filters, and other little things that made you feel welcomed! A felt good will extended as if I was someone they knew. The pier was fun at night for fishermen. The pool was perfect for small ones. The patio had equisite views of the water. Safe environment with many amenities for all to enjoy!

Bay-side bliss

The bay-side condo had all the comforts of home plus a super view of the water - it was almost like being on a ship. We spent the Thanksgiving holiday there with plenty of room for our family to watch footballs games or hangout on the the decks and visit while watching the pelicans and sea gulls. Great location that is near shopping, restaurants and short drive to the Aransas Wildlife Refuge - Rockport -Fulton is not only a summer destination - we had a relaxing and fun fall getaway .
