Quiet neighborhood it really felt as if we were surrounded by family!! The house is definitely a jewel it offered everything we were looking for we stayed a week and we will definitely book again

Great value. Clean space. Charming home with modern updates. We felt like we were at home away from home. The host was awesome about communicating and addressing any needs or questions. We would certainly stay again. Location was perfect for visiting the Zoo. We would highly recommend to any family.

The place was immaculate and no smells and very kid friendly - meaning no knick knacks about that we had to worry the kids would bother. We had plenty of parking for three vehicles to be off the street. The pictures of the place were spot on with the way it looked. The location was great for getting to many kid friendly activities within 10-15 minutes. Instructions left for us to follow were easy to understand and to adhere. The communication with the host was easy and quick. We enjoyed the best Omaha weather so thanks for that as well! The amenities were as described. We also enjoyed the bungalow style with enough of the old wood floors and modern white clean feel. Plenty of seating for the people there and options for rooms to spread out as needed for individual as well as family time both inside and outside.

House was outstanding, excellent quality household items such as towels, kitchen items,, ceiling fans, night lights etc. house was already cool when we arrived, we spent a very hot day at the zoo…. It was very comfortable after a hot day. Parking was exceptional and convenient.

It was a simple process when arriving and leaving the VRBO. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. The few times I reached out to Jeremy, he responded quickly. Overall, it was a great experience for our group.

The location was amazing for the activities we had planned. The house itself was great with 4 large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The only issue we had was the upstairs bedroom was pretty warm the first night, but then we found the fan in the closest and it was much nicer the second night. We would definitely stay again if we are heading to Omaha.

Hello Sarah, I appreciate the 5-star review and your kind feedback. I also wanted to follow up regarding the temperature in the home. I provide either ceiling fans or oscillating fans in every bedroom and throughout the house for guest comfort. For any future guest the home is designed to cool down nicely when the windows and doors are kept closed, especially during the warmer parts of the day. We absolutely loved our stay! Jeremy was incredibly responsive, personable, cordial, and punctual throughout all of our communication, which made everything from booking to check-in feel easy and welcoming.The house itself was wonderful. It’s clear how much time, care, and hard work Jeremy has put into bringing this beautiful 1925 home up to date while still preserving its original charm and character. We live in a 1900 home ourselves, so we know firsthand just how much work goes into modernizing an older house without losing what makes it special — and he has done an amazing job.We also really appreciated all of the amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the home. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and truly felt like a place where the host had considered what guests might need during their stay.Between the beautiful home, great amenities, and excellent communication, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Omaha and would happily recommend Jeremy’s home to other travelers.We love how close it is to the Zoo as well. It is within walking distance, but with the 96/97 degree days, we drove the 4 minutes (/- 1 mile). The zoo has free parking, so it wasn’t a big deal either.

The property was adequate for what we needed (4 bedrooms). Absolutely no frills, the neighborhood looked to be very low income, wouldn’t walk anywhere. Bathrooms and kitchen recently updated, very nice.

The property is located just a few blocks from the zoo, and several guests have chosen to walk rather than drive. Location was easy to find. We arrived at midnight and we felt safe carrying our bags in. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

The beds are hard and very uncomfortable.the coffee pot didn’t work at all, the baking sheets are old and burns ur food, the stairs going upstairs are very steep and my niece fell down them as there’s no slip mats on the stairs. The neighbors were very loud and letting off fireworks, there was a mustang like drag racing down the street.
