The 3-slip, 2-story boathouse can be rented on its own or is perfect for overflow guests. It is fully equipped with a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bath. From the pictures, you should be able to that there is quite a distance from the Cottage to the Boathouse so you still have lots of privacy.
This property is located just a quick boat ride out from Walkerâs Point Marina and Beaumaris, and a 15-minute drive from Bala, Gravenhurst and Port Carling for shopping, golf, restaurants and so much more! Guests will be ferried across if needed, or rent a boat from Walkerâs Point Marina to explore all the lakes have to offer.
Hardwood floors throughout this Muskoka Cottage feature a wood-burning fireplace, high-end stainless appliances, and an extra-large kitchen islandâperfect for the chef in the family! Enjoy dinner outdoors in the Muskoka room with mosquito-free views of Lake Muskoka or outside on the large deck.

Being on an island gets you away from the world. I live at my cottage year-round and have no plans to move to the mainland. It is so private and peaceful.
There are 1100 feet of frontage so I can guarantee your privacy, the cottage is 4000 sq ft and the boathouse is 1160
