Birthday Weekend

Very nice condo! Clean and nicely updated. Great layout worked perfectly for our group. Ocean view is uninhibited with a clear plexiglass balcony. Highly recommend and will definitely stay there again!

Girls Trip 2024

There is nothing like a girls trip in your 50's. We had a great time and the condo was perfect as well as the location. Lots of fun and laughter... All good for the soul! We will be back! Thanks for everything!

We loved the access to the beach it was nice in the room. However the floors were nasty ruined socks and feet black! Had to clean them myself! The trash can was broken. And the elevators were awful you couldn’t get one to leave your room for awhile. I know not villas fault but very bad for people standing in heat waiting. There are no rafts for the lazy river so if you come bring your own. And also the place is suppose to be smoke free but all we smelled the entire time was marijuana, it was awful and there’s nobody you could contact about it! The place was very convenient to the beach that was the plus!

Quick Getaway

This condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The pools and lazy river were very clean, as was the whole property. I would stay here again without hesitation! A huge shoutout to the homeowner, Bahama Sands and Vacasa! Thank you!

Mechanical breakdown = rebate/refund?

So though it is not the booking agencies fault / nor the property managers, shouldn't these entities offer a rebate or partial refund when a major amenity is inoperable? Our stay was good. The room and location were fantastic. But when one of the reasons you chose to book at a resort was because of the "lazy river and heated pool", and then they are inoperable, it's sort of a bummer. The end of April has good weather. It was mid 70s all week. But the ocean is still quite chilly. So you book a resort that advertises a lazy river and a heated pool. Because of a faulty pump the lazy river was down during our stay. When we went to use the "heated pool" it was not warm. So the only aquatics we got to enjoy during our beach vacation was one of two hot tubs that were overly crowded most of the time. So again, not the bookee's fault, but when you don't provide what you sold, then maybe a rebate is in order or at the very least a credit toward a future booking.

Great Place

The view of the beach is wonderful the quality of the patio furniture is also excellent. The beds are comfortable. We were please to find that soaps were made available for self-care as well as cleaning dishes and laundry. The listing photos are an accurate representation of the actual property. Great place to stay, spacious floor plan. I would be glad to stay here again.

Great for our girls trip!

Bahama Sands

Good three week visit with the exception of our water being shut off without prior notice at 8 am until 4pm halfway through our stay. Eventually we were told that theHOA decided on this several days earlier but the owners must not have told VRBO/Vacassa. We were left without showers or a pot to flush until we got into a neighbors unit. Vacassa promised credit for the day but this has not happened. Poor management and communications.

Great view and great amenities

We had a great stay overall and would return! On the plus side the DVD rental was a great perk, loved the hot tub and indoor pool in the off season and liked that we were in a fairly quiet spot. On the downside the kitchen wasn’t stocked well enough to cook, it was missing scissors, a sharp knife, cutting board, pot holders and a dish towel. When it did get crowded over the weekend we could tell people were smoking on the balconies.

Clean and Spacious

The balcony was our favorite hangout spot. All the rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. And we loved how big the kitchen was.

Great location, great view of the ocean!

The only downside was the room was not as clean as I would prefer. The area rugs were very dirty, so we rolled them up and moved them out of the way and swept the condo ourselves. That being said, overall, it was a great week. No staff on duty so it was self check-in which was very easy. We would use Vacasa again.
